Funcionários atenciosos, quarto limpo, porém as toalhas não são de boa qualidade (custo X beneficio). Fiquei em Hostel mais simples com toalhas bem melhores. Não usufrui do café da manhã. Hotel dispõe de filtro para água sem custo.

Echt schone kamer. Kamer wel klein, conform IBIS standaard. Avond receptionist bij aankomst erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ander personeel weinig service gericht. Ontbijt (complementary) erg bescheiden. Parkeer garage onder hotel voor €3,- per dag.

The hotel and staff was outstanding , very helpful and extremely family oriented. The breakfast was good with the hours was very generous. Everything we ask and requested was given with smiles. There was markets, restaurants and the pena palace was not too far from the hotel. The only issue we had was the A/C which was immediately addressed within minutes after talking to the hotel manager. Overall this hotel gets an outstanding approval rating from me and my family and recommend those with or without family stay at this hotel.

Staff very friendly, especially Miguel with his dining recommendations.

O horário do pequeno-almoço é excelente. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. É um hotel muito funcional.

Un peu à l’écart des attraits touristiques

Parking is great, underground. Though does get crowded. Above ground is limited. Scarcity of waste baskets , throughout. A new water cooler is being installed in lobby, which is great. Bathrooms are so so. They implemented this one piece, PVC shower, toilet and sink combo unit so as to not have to deal with the plumbing - older building. Main issue is the stench from sewer, which appears from time to time. Otherwise, the rooms are very clean and functional. Still only one waste basket in bathroom. Location can't be beat if you're there for a surgery, or loved one staying at Hospital. CUF is directly across street.

Poucos lugares de estacionamento no hotel e numa zona onde não há mais sítio para estacionar.

Ache o quarto apertado para 3 pessoas.. não havia local para que pudéssemos deixar as malas abertas. O banheiro parecia uma capsula do tempo.. todo de plástico. O estacionamento não pago são poucas vagas e sentimos que eatavam parados ali carros de funcionários.

O pequeno almoço podia ser mais variado

Breakfast was decent. Choice was a bit limited but decent enough

La habitación es pequeña, básica, cómoda, bien ubicada, el Uber cuesta €5 aprox a centro de Sintra y 15€ a Lisboa, desayuno básico, pero llenador, personal muy amable y ninguna queja, por el precio, no esperes nada lujoso.

Excelente cardápio de café da manhã, qualidade e variedades excelentes. Tudo muito limpo. Check-in é checkout rápido. Funcionários eficientes e educados.
