This hotel is dirty, the shuttles have no specific times, so it may or not be available, there was no hot water, the staff was ok, but they are 0 professional. Over all terrible experience I will never stay there again.

There was no hot water. The airport shuttle was not free. The breakfast was okay but not great. The parking garage was difficult to get in and out of. It was close and convenient but I hoped for a little bit more.

There is no Internet on the Wi-Fi. You have only 2 MB per second.. Showerhead are really bad than the water is only getting warm! There is no shuttle to that hotel so you have to get rip off by the taxi drivers at the airport charging $60 for 2 minutes drive!

We reserved this hotel because of proximity to airport and they offer a shuttle to and from hotel to airport. Upon arrival at airport we were notified that they no longer have that shuttle service. We ended up spending &57.00 on a 8 min taxi trip from airport.

Prácticamente no cuenta con estacionamiento, tuvimos que dejar el vehículo en la puerta

I showed up late at night with no reservation. I dealt with a gentleman (I forgot his name) at the frontdesk when I arrived. He was the most compassionate and caring human being. He helped me book a room and offered me water and all after I explained the kind of unfortunate situation I was in. I had a comfortable stay for the night and left the next morning for my flight. We need more people like him. He was genuinely caring. Thank you for your help. I wish I wrote your name down.

Hôtel étape: 1 nuit suffit, pas de frigo alors qu il fait 40 degrés dehors, pour se doucher presque pas d eau donc pas terrible 😣 Manque d insonorisation , on entendait tout, petit dej sanas plus. Heureusement que le personnel était super accueillant et gentil.

Im ersten Zimmer im Eingang eine tote Kakerlake. Internet gab es keines. Ansonsten sehr einfach. Hatten das Hotel kurzfristig gewühlt weil in der Nähe vom Airport und den Automietstationen. Da gibt es aber bessere Hotels - lieber etwas mehr ausgeben!

Parking underground was crazy it was the most narrow driveway if you don't have a small car you would have never made it out Wi-Fi was down
