Beautifull hotel , good location

No, no hot option for breakfast. This is why we booked the hotel as our last experience was great

Excellent central location, nice rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Great for a weekend stay in Glasgow. Second time we’ve stayed here and will do again.

Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and hollandaise sauce. Sauce was horrible, eggs were boiled to death and dry. Server at breakfast was rude and dismissive.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was great and Ngan was very helpful!

Pretty standard chain hotel. Nothing great, nothing terrible. No real charm but clean.

Een mooi en ruim opgezet hotel dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden. Het inchecken verliep prima en de kamer was goed en schoon bij aankomst. Tijdens ons vijfdaagse verblijf werd alleen het noodzakelijke schoongemaakt en niet gezogen. De bedden waren goed, helaas werkte de airco op onze kamer niet. Het ontbijt was, mede dankzij Alexandra, super. Tot slot verliep het uitchecken ook prima. De parkeergarage naast het hotel was ook prettig.

The hotel is in a perfect location for everything we had planned. The room was good but I’m a person that needs a really nice bathroom and it passed with a grade A. The staff was great we needed to fix the refrigerator in our room and they did within 25 hours, they were helpful when I needed ice for my back and we needed plastic wrap for some extra cookies, they were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

How lovely to have breakfast served to you rather than the usual rummage sale in a morning.

Rooms and all public areas immaculate. Bathrooms well stocked with lovely Aran toiletries. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good quality made to order hot breakfast from a varied menu, as well as self serve continental selection.

We stayed in the superior king, love the decor, breakfast was amazing, you can also order a drink at the bar just ask. Comfy bed, had room seevice, nice hot shower, great AC, mini fridge, all your basic needs. If you get the chance try the chinese restaurant across the street, 5 star!! Its close enough to the train station and all the shopping and restaurants but in the business district. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent room, very quiet even on the first floor, well appointed. Central location and nearby (if not overpriced!) parking nearby.

The hotel was central with lovely staff. Right next to a car park, which the hotel can discount. Thanks, the stay was lovely.
