산속의 호텔이 이렇게 깨끗하고 크고 훌륭한지 몰랐습니다. 친절한 직원들 덕에 편안하게 쉬고 왔습니다

Viaggio spesso per lavoro e ho visto moltissimi hotel, ma una struttura così ben gestita, curata e accogliente è davvero rara! Il Park Hotel Miramonti, in provincia di Bolzano, è semplicemente sensazionale. Già all’arrivo si percepisce l’atmosfera speciale: ampio parcheggio, reception moderna e personale sorridente e disponibile. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi (dopo le 21:00), siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza. La signora alla reception ci ha spiegato tutto con calma, consegnandoci anche un buono per un massaggio e informandoci sull’offerta “Sfera”, lo snack pomeridiano tra le 16:00 e le 17:30. Anche il personale di ristorante e bar è premuroso e professionale. Il cibo è delizioso, la colazione straordinaria: fresca, varia e curata nei dettagli. La mia camera (n. 362) era spaziosa, moderna e pulitissima, con bagno grande e doccia ampia. Asciugamani, accappatoi e ciabattine di ottima qualità, tutto nuovo e piacevole al tatto. Il letto comodissimo, impeccabile. Non ho provato la zona wellness e spa, ma sono certo che sia all’altezza del resto. Due piccole note (da sorridere): c’è un solo ascensore, un po’ piccolo per la capienza – ma perfetto per muoversi un po’ 😄 – e il Wi-Fi, direi “romantico”: ogni tanto scompare, invitando a godersi il momento. Un hotel che unisce tranquillità, stile, gentilezza e qualità. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consigliatissimo …ci tornerò sicuramente!

Das Abendessen war leider ziemlich enttäuschend.

Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged. When we reluctantly agreed to pay the €70 just to end the argument, we were then told we would actually need to pay €293 additional euros because the “rate had changed.” We were forced to pay this on-site, even though our Expedia reservation was already fully prepaid. Despite showing proof of payment, we were denied a refund. Staff said they would contact Expedia, but this dragged out for hours, and we were only able to check in after 8 PM and were not given a refund Room Issues: The room we were given did not match what we had reserved and paid for, we had booked a superior room with a mountain view, but were placed in a standard room. Because I am 7.5 months pregnant and we were exhausted from traveling, I did not have the energy to argue further and resigned myself to what was provided. The room itself had multiple, No internet throughout the night (we could not even open the bar menu PDF). Oddly provided toiletries (4 shower caps, 4 shower caps, only one lotion and shampoo, no conditioner, no vanity).

這間渡假酒店, 三餐是全包的, 下午茶由三時至五時, 基本上一check in後可以食, 代替午餐, 晚餐也是自助餐, 早餐也是自助餐 這個價錢, 環境優美, 房間大, 所有食物全包, 在意大利來說, 我認為是值得的 這酒店也是少數有室外暖水泳池的酒店, 可以在意大利做運動 如果你需要搭交通工具, 附近所有巴士及火車票, 因為住這間酒店也是免費的

Sehr schönes Hotel. Essen hervorragend. Wellnesbereich sehr schön, allerdings ist der Lärm( lautes brummen) in den Ruheräumen sehr störend. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Würde ich wieder buchen.

Gläser im Zimmer wären angebracht. Im Spa zu wenige Liegen. Whirlpool zu kalt. Personal sehr gut. Empfang (Sehr freundlich, hilfreich in allen Fragen) Zimmer ( sehr sauber) Bedienungen sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich ( essen hervorragend und abwechslungsreich)

Das Untergeschoss ist noch Altbau und hat Potenzial für Neues.

Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, le camere sono molto grandi e pulite minuziosamente, la cucina è ottima anche se il vero top è la colazione per varietà di scelta e qualità dei prodotti offerti, la posizione è strategica per gli amanti del traking dato che si trova su un incrocio di più sentieri e la cabinovia dista meno di 10 minuti di auto. Confesso che al momento di partire sono andato via a mal in quote tanto che mi ero trovato bene.

The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

Personale gentile e ben formato, camere pulite (no moquette) bagno grande , letto comodo, balcone grande, forse poco insonorizzata la stanza ma tutti i vicini sono stati bravi e silenziosi. Mezza pensione : colazione molto buona e varia, cena molto curata. SPA moderna, pulita e ben fornita; piscina esterna ed interna super; comodo alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Nella hall c’è anche un biliardo. Molte persone con animali al seguito, ma come se neanche ci fossero.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Eingang des Hotels, welches sich in den Morgenstunden wenn die Gäste abgereist sind, besonders laut erwies

Soggiorno di una settimana spettacolare !

Bra läge för vandring och cykling. Rymliga rum men varm då det ej fanns AC. Bra service i restaurangen. Gott om plats vid poolen som höll behaglig temperatur. Undvik rum mot vägen då det är mycket trafik. Vi hade rum 360 som var ett hörnrum med två balkonger. Stort och bra. Ingick Südtiroler Guest Card som bl.a. fungerar på bergsbanan i Bolzano och tåget man åker om man vill titta på Jordpyramiderna.

Gerne wieder!

Fint hotell, trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt. Mycket god mat! Enda som behöver förbättras är att de behöver förtydliga vissa saker, tex önskade det att man förbokade att ha hund med till matsal men finns ingen information om detta på hemsida eller vid incheckning. Likväl att man skall förbeställa middag, vilket missade att meddelas vid incheck. Men allt löste sig på plats, blev bara lite snurrigt en stund, och vi hade en toppen vistelse! Hotellet ligger mycket fint vid berget och nära att ta sig till vandrings leder med buss eller bil.

Alles bestens! Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal! Frühstück, Essen super! Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist das lahme Internet! Das ist noch verbesserungsfähig!

A very nice hotel. Restaurant servers are excellent. Nice to have a bus pass from the hotel. Only complaint is wifi in room was very poor.
