Excelente hotel, com excelente localização e funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis

Arriving at the front door of the hotel is not straightforward if you are travelling by car. The brief instructions provided by the hotel after you have booked do not adequately explain what you need to do to park your car and gain access to the hotel. The hotel sits above the underground carpark immediately below the modern but soulless Braga railway station. As you approach the railway station you will encournter a roundabout. Halfway through the roundabout is a sign to the left indicating a parking station "Parking Estatio". Enter this carpark via the descending ramp. Take a ticket at the boom gate. Drive as far as you can through the carpark and you will see a sign "Basic Hotel Private Parking". Buzz reception if the boom gate to this section is down, otherwise drive through and find a spot to park. Unpack your luggage and locate the set of doors with signage "Basic Hotel Entrance". Buzz reception from the intercom on your right. Reception will open the entry door. Use the lift inside to journey to level 0 where reception is located. The tariff board as you entered the carpark indicates that it may cost as much as 8 euro for parking. The hotel has negotiated a 5 euro tariff for parking from 15:00 to 13:00 the next day. Advise reception that you have parked in the underground carpark and you will be charged 5 euro and given a subsitute ticket to use when exiting the carpark.

Air conditioning didn’t work…had to sleep with the window open…v noisy. Staff were fine, location good and it wasn’t expensive but on a very hot day getting back to basically an oven was not good. Staff apologised but little they could do.

Very nice place to stay for 3 nights! Great location that I can get to the old town & business area. Very easily.

Good, clean hotel next to Train Station. I got ZERO WiFi on my laptop. Staff tried to help me but were unable. Good hotel if you don't need WiFi on a laptop.

O café da manhã(pequeno almoço) é simples.

Air con useless. Bar and restaraunt not open all day, no bar snacks just set menu. Closed sundays. No hot drink making facilities in the room.

Camera pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota stonata è l'accesso al parcheggio: non è facile realizzare al volo e nel traffico che si deve entrare nel parcheggio esterno della stazione e farsi aprire la sbarra per arrivare alla reception... Andrebbe indicato meglio. Per il resto, una volta capito da dove si entra, è molto comodo.

Quarto ótimo! Equipe excelente

Localização Excepcional, quarto limpo e ótimo, e ainda tem um restaurante dentro do hotel que ajuda muito.

O aquecedor nao funcionava e pedimos na recepção uma troca de quarto e nao o fizeram, então se vão no inverno, nao recomendo.

Para uma noite, esteve bom

Hotel turístico / satisfaz o objetivo que se presta a visita a Cidade e Região / Estacionamento. ( pago) no subsolo , fácil uso , ao Lado Estação Ferroviária. Próximo ( 400 m ) do Centro Histórico // WiFi no piso 1 NÃO FUNCIONA , mesmo após mais de uma comunicação para reparo !!

O café da manhã era ruim , não tinha opções de quase nada. Os funcionários eram muitos gentil e educados. O colchão não era tão bom tb

Very basic hotel but clean and comfortable, especially given then low price. Fine for a 1 night stay. Easy walk to the centre of Braga. Parking is a little dificult to find, but staff on the front desk are very helpful

The property had a restaurant attached to it that was amazing, and the staff was excellent very helpful in helping us find parking getting into the hotel and just accommodating in every way that we needed

Ja estive em hoteis de 5 estrelas com muito menos tamanho e muito mais caro que este, me surpreendir , ficamos mesmo ao lado da estação, dava de ver o trem ir e vir, mas nao ouviamos nenhum barulho, as senhoras do salão de café da manhã, sao muito bem humoradas e fazem Um timo trabalho, as meninas da receção tiraram todas as minhas duvidas, senhoras da limpeza do quarto sempre trabalhando e atentas a limpeza ! Muito obrigada! Suer recomendo para pais com crianças!
