Não costumo dar relatos, mas o hotel merece! Não tínhamos grande expectativa pois vimos comentários ruins mas o hotel surpreendeu em tudo. Água quente, aquecedor (estava muito frio), estacionamento gratuito (ficamos 4 dias), café da manhã INCRÍVEL!!!! Nem sabíamos que tinha direito ao café. Chamo a atenção para os funcionários Diego, Miguel e o homem que trabalha no café da manhã. Eles foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. Parece um lugar mais para casal, ou pequenos grupos. Fomos apenas eu e minha mãe, e nos surpreendemos por tudo. O hotel fica em frente ao Mercado do Porto e na esquina de uma rua super movimentada. Nos sentimos seguras, mas o pessoal da recepção informou que era mais tranquilo andarmos apenas nas principais e não nas paralelas mais vazias. Tudo perfeito, obrigada!

Disappointed

My only advice is stay away!! The rooms were horribly filthy. There was a later of dirt on the shelves. It’s touristy during the day and dangerous at night in the area. The bathrooms were filthy. I rented for 2 night. Decided I would stay just one night and sleep on top of the sheets. I went to take a shower and the tub was filthy with globs of soap on there handle. The tub was cracked. The toilet not cleaned properly. I decided to leave immediately!! The offered me another room. I looked at the other room ands it wasn’t any better. I booked another hotel and left. And of course, the property refused to refund my money. Buyer beware!!!

The Hotel is really nice, the staff, the breakfast is ok (you choose what to eat from a menu the day before), you have a car Garage included with the fare, the room is clean the bath is nice, has a little fridge, cable tv, wifi, air conditioning, everything what you need to be comfortable. in the roof top is a nice solarium and a pool, it must be really enjoyable in spring or summer. The Hotel is located near the port, in front to the Mercado del Puerto, a place call Ciudad Vieja (Old City) a nice and tourist Market with restaurants and gifts shops. In the night the area arround the Hotel is not so beauty as it is at daylight. Nothing to complain about the Hotel, the surroundings has many walking streets with restaurants, pubs and other ammenities, but you have to be carefull in the night. Like any other tourist area. We will be back to this Hotel for shure.

Charming hotel in really interesting part of ciudad vieja, close to the port, mercado del porto, great location for walking. Nice breakfast, charming pool and deck on the roof. Staff are terrific!

Location convenient but late night concert outdoors across the street til 1:30 am made sleep impossible. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. But property needs maintenance. TV in room did not work, one bedside lamp did not work, AC not effective. Pool deck had broken boards.

We had a great stay at the Don Boutique. The entire staff—from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the maintenance men—simply could not have been friendlier or more accommodating! The location is super convenient to the port for BuqueBus ferries, and the hotel overlooks the old Port Market. The room was spacious, if a bit dated. But it was still a very comfortable stay.

Muy buena ubicación

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The location is great. Easy walking distance to tourist sites. Main market is across the street with outstanding restaurants. Room was showing its age.

During the day the area is very vibrant, but at night the neighborhood is desolated

Hotel muito antigo porém muito limpo e perto de tudo

La gente muy amable, todos siempre intentando ayudar a que me sienta cómodo, sin embargo el estado del hotel deja mucho que desear. Me la pasé cazando moscos en la noche,(la pared estaba llena de marcas de moscos muertos)había mucha humedad, las toallas eran viejas. No fue un hotel terrible, pero definitivamente no disfruté estar ahí.

Local interessante, em área histórica da cidade. Acomodações confortáveis,piscina no rooftop, mas serviços podem melhorar .

The room needed some cleaning & maintenance - light switch didn’t work, bathroom door was dirty. Very few restaurants in the area & they closed early.

Al llegar, el valet parking recibe tu vehículo y lo estaciona en el garage continuo al hotel, que por las noches está cerrado con rejas. Al hacer el check in nos atendieron muy bien, y algo que nos llamó la atención es que nos consultaron si teníamos algún detallet para atender en el desayuno tal como comida para celíacos o similar. Una vez dentro de la habitación, con balcón hacia el el frente, estaba todo muy bien decorado, la misma era amplia y el baño contaba con jacuzzi. El desayuno es completo y variado. Hotel limpio, personal amable.

Hotel bonito, tranquilo, instalaciones cómodas, personal excelente y muy amable y atento. Ubicado frente al mercado del puerto, por lo que el area comercial es buena, precios accesibles, solo de noche si da un poco de desconfianza andar en la calle. Transportación accesible a cualquier punto de interea en la ciudad en transporte público.

Hotel simples, não justifica o nome Boutique. Localizado em frente ao Mercado do Porto, mas a região está degradada. Café da manhã fraco, quarto pequeno, mas ok. Só ficou abaixo da nossa expectativa. Estacionamento incluído no valor da diária.

The staff are wonderful, helpful, kind. The bed is very comfortable.

Very nice property with updated amenities close the Buquebus for trips over to BA. The prices are very good as was the free breakfast.
