Breakfast is superb

Very nice hotel to stay for a few nights. Some people say it's a bit far out, I didn't think so (and I use tuk-tuks). Very helpful personnel. The fool was also very good. The pool is nice but located near a busy highway, it was a bit noisy at times, but not in my room.

Most professional staff

3 rooms booked for out of town guests at a funeral. I was 40000 ft in the air flying at the time the guests started to arrive. Guest were told there is only 1 room booked. Guest had to spend their own funds and book room to stay. Shameful. I appologized to guests once I landed and found out. I ran to IHG cochin and found 3 rooms booked. Front desk was very ignorant how things work. Very rude but called me Sir a thousand times. Unappologetic. I use IHG so thought it would be fine. But for IHG Cochin never again.

Een 10 ! Geweldig tevreden! 13 maart 2026 Prachtig panoramisch uitzicht vanaf een hoge verdieping. We kregen van de front office manager mr. Nigam een upgrade naar een suite. Geweldig! Zeer tevreden ook over de uitgebreide keuze van het ontbijt en over de vriendelijke medewerkers. Prachtig ook bij binnenkomst de bloemstukjes op de 2 desks en het grote bloemstuk in het midden van de lobby. Slechts 1 verbeterpunt: het winkeltje in de lobby doet rommelig aan. Great place to stay

Lovely, large room. Very clean and cool. Good food choices and a lovely breakfast.

It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs and made all arrangements that made my stay so much relaxing. The restaurant service was also outstanding. Without exception, every member of staff was totally focused on providing a service that guests would love even in a higher rated hotel, and here I cannot but mention the restaurant manager, Mr Vaishakh, exceptional for Dinner and Breakfast for every single day of my stay. My original plan was to stay for 3 nights, however my needs in Kochi and in particular the service from the complete hotel team ment i stayed for some 9 night! Really well done Holiday Inn Kochi! I will definitely be coming back back!
