Très bel hôtel. Chambres bien décorées (style contemporain, voire boutique), lit confortable. Près du cœur touristique, de la gare routière (bus) et pas trop loin de la gare SNCF. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Seul bémol: l’absence d’ascenseur. Espérez donc une chambre aux étages inférieurs si vos bagages sont lourds.

Excellent service from the staff, clean, spacious and modern room (3). 5 min from all the main sites. Parking 5 min walk away (Saint Marc Place).

Beautiful modern rooms, but there is no lift, so you must carry heavy luggage up the stairs - rooms are spread over 4 floors above ground level. There is absolutely no staff in the hotel after 8pm and no way to contact them if you have a question or problem with your room. The staff were also not responsive to messages sent via hotels.com.

Pratique et confortable

I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. Merci du fond du cœur, Maxime et ses parents This hotel is located very conveniently; the rooms are clean; the breakfast is VERY good. Encore merci . Merci mille fois

Bathroom is a little bit small. It would be much nicer to have a shower curtain to prevent shower water from flooding the bathroom floor.

It was close by the road and easy accessible for people with a car. The main attraction was the cathedral that was 5 minutes away

Praticamente al centro. Personale molto gentile. Buona colazione. Ho avuto una camera tripla al primo piano molto spaziosa

Parking is the problem. When we booked, parking was assured. When I arrived, I was told that their parking is full and I need to find parking spot at street or cathedral’s metered parking at 16 euros or so for the night. Otherwise, staff was helpful If you are 65 or over, climbing 3 floors with carryon may be hard on you.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel de Quebec. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were great. They spoke English well and also were patient with me as I tried to practice French with them. I was able to walk to Eglise Saint Maclou within about 15 minutes and enjoyed a great meal outside the church at the recommendation of the staff. Public rental bicycles are just around the block from the hotel. I was able to find street parking, but it was a couple of blocks away one day, right in front of the hotel the other.
