Property could be lovely if there was some investment in upkeep Every bath was corroded and stained with rust Terrible smell in 1 bathroom Balcony door didn’t lock, one bedroom had no working lights Smashed window sellotaped over in one bedroom Property not well cleaned Pool filthy, definitely needs better cleaning and investment in filters Staff all very friendly and the issues reported to the front desk were resolved in a way, very promptly. Pizzas nice

I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered. Instead of showing any understanding, the staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked about my message and requested a slightly later checkout due to our late arrival, I was told no in an unfriendly manner. The room was also very dirty. There was a spider on the bed that scared my children, the floor was dusty, and the faucet was filthy. I have photos and videos as proof. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of communication, and unfriendly service made this a very disappointing stay.

Good property. Nice pool. We got a family apartment. A lot of space, like 2 bedroom with kitchen. The only problem was air conditioner didn’t work in one room and it does look it was like this for a long time. They pretended that they will check it and fix it. The problem wasn’t resolved

The property was okay, however it was not the cleanest. The restaurant of Colina Village was very nice and workers were very sweet!

Apartamento muy grande, limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Great location with lots of space. 2 bedrooms on lower level and 1 bedroom upstairs. Each room had their own bathroom which was great! It was a total of 6 people and we were very comfortable. It felt like home there.

Apartamento com quarto, sala e banheiro muito amplos e confortavel. Cama de espuma excelente. Linda e gigante piscina muito limpa. Cozinha com todos utendilios necessarios. Transfer gratuito para a praia as 10 ,14 e 17 horas. Faltou internet, só na recepcao. Secador de cabelo tem que pedir na recepcao. Faltou detergente e esponja para lavar a louca.

O apart que nos deram, na parte de cima tinha 1 quarto, casa de banho , sala e cozinha, mas tinha uma escada e lá no andar debaixo tinha mais quartos e outro banheiro, mas não estavam de todo montados e isso nos deu um sentimento de descuido e insegurança, pois tinha outras portas para a parte externa e que não estavam fechadas. Precisei fechar, mas éramos só 1 casal, sem necessidade desse tamanho. O chuveiro do banheiro não estava bem acoplado na parede e a água não caía em cima de quem estava a tomar banho, tínhamos que segurar na mão e a porta da rua foi preciso chamar o marceneiro, pois quando saímos para passear e voltamos, ela não abria, emperrou. As experiências não foram boas, apesar da pessoa da recepção ser extremamente educada e tentar nos ajudar. Mas segundo ela, não tinha quartos para trocar, mesmo eu dizendo que poderia ser um up grade e que pagaríamos a diferença.

Tuve un error al contratar, mi intención era entrar Viernes y salir el domingo, y sólo puse sábado. No me aceptaron la rectificación. Tuve que reservar de nuevo el Viernes, en otro apartamento y hacer checking dos veces. Un sin sentido, además de cobrarme dos veces las tasas de turistas 4+4€...

Very clean accommodation, great staff who go above and beyond. Pool area is clean and tidy, although the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. The facility is in need of updating, in some ways this adds to the charm of the Portugese style of the apartments. The bar and restaurant was very quiet in April with no entertainment and closed at 10.30pm. The premises are out of the town and beach, Taxis are approx 7 euros to the beach and the nearest supermarket. 20 minute walk to supermarket and a good 40 minute walk into Carvoeiro. We were a 3 generation family of 7, we booked a one bed and a two bed apartment, they were spacious, clean and very good value.

Muy bonitas instalaciones, incluye estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, restaurante, piscina, bastante cerca de la zona de playas.

The place was lovely however our main issue was that there was no wifi in our rooms which caused major problems.

Quase tudo muito bom, a única coisa é o wifi que não funciona nos apartamentos, apenas na recepção, daria 5 estrelas se não fosse isso.

Lugar excelente e bem localizado, recepção excelente e quartos muito amplos, habitação 6A. Melhorias para tirar nota 10 na próxima vez: A) Wi-fi não funcionou. B) Melhorar iluminação externa(rua) na frente da habitação.

This is a cute little resort although it is dated. The restaurant and bar on site is a bonus. The apartments are spacious. We stayed only one night and it was adequate.

Return to the place after the first positive experience. First received a two family apartment for one family incl 4 rooms split in two floors with the two bathrooms and kitchen. It's a local habit that guests have to buy dishwashing fluid by themselves. Hmm... this is strange since the cost would be minimal and would encourage the guest to take better care of the dishes. Lots of space. AC was not cooling properly and TV programs disconnected all the time. Great outdoor and indoor pool areas. Second visit to the place one day later we received two room family apartment with kitchen on the 2nd flr. AC not much better and 'fresher' air. Site offers possibility for tennis too. Two courts in perfect conditions, but where are the players. Free parking at the site great, but guests should respect that each parks their car in front of the apartment door. Once paroking sport per apartment. Looks like this was too demanding for some guests
