Beautiful place kept very neat and clean.

I chose this property for the spa bath situated in the bedroom. I liked the idea of this quirky feature and we certainly made the most of it, having a soak every day of our stay, which was very relaxing. The bath was lovely and big, though it was a little worn and the jets weren't very powerful. My main disappointment with this property was the thin walls. We unfortunately had particulary noisy neighbours and the sound travelled straight through. Overall our stay was pretty comfortable, we enjoyed the spa bath and the owner was very friendly.

Check-in was a breeze and host was very nice and accomadating. Room was clean, comfy, and quiet. Exceeded expectations!

Had a brilliant stay here. Girls in reception are so helpful and want to do as much as they can for you. Though I think one was a bit shocked that on our 25th wedding anniversary we had booked the Honeymoon Suite!! Great room with a spa right in the room! Bathroom was HUGE!! Brilliant and comfy bed. We had a room upstairs so be aware of you have heavy luggage. There was an on-site beautician available to book. Convenient location. Easy to find. Would recommend and happily stay here again.

Very happy with this little hotel. Very lovely lady checked us in and gave us some good tourist suggestions. Room was nice and big. Beds comfortable. Location was a little away from the centre - so you have to drive in. Hotel was quiet. No complaints at all. Parking was easy and outside our room (although I think the upper rooms are better, as the ground floor rooms could have car headlights shining through their windows at night. Overall a great nights stay!

The only real concern was when you showered, much of the bathroom floor flooded! Had to put a bath towel to mop up water.

Great motel and great service. She was very nice and made us feel welcome. We only got to stay one night but would stay again if we are in the area.

밤에 추워져서 오일 히터를 켜려고 하니 먼지가 수북해서 닦고 틀었습니다. 화장실 팬에 먼지가 얹어있었고, 수건에 노란 얼룩이 너무 많았습니다. (냄새를 맡아보니 빨래가 된 상태인것은 같은데 얼룩이 남아있던거 같아요) 테 푸이아 근처라 방문을 열면 유황냄새가 납니다. 그외 방 구조나 침대 시트 청결 상태등은 양호합니다. 넓은 방이어서 편했습니다. 리셉션은 매우 친절했습니다.

This place is perfect! Reasonable price, good, quiet location (5 mins from city center), easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff, and spacious rooms! It was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. They even offer spa services like massages while you’re there, at a good price, too. Antony checked us in, showed us our room, and gave us some great recommendations of must do things in the area. It felt like we were family! Will definitely be staying here again!

The facility advertises private pools for suites. This is misleading, there are jetted tubs in the suites, there aren’t any pools in this facility

Loved the local compostable toiletries provided. Great location since we were mainly visiting the geysers and wood art gallery. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went to eat. It was ready when we got back. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. We used the hot tub which was very relaxing after driving and walking all day. I’d recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A 5 minute drive into the town centre for dinner. We had a lovely jacuzzi bath which we made the most of. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful.
