Nice location, but issues with cleanliness of the room (boogers smeared on the wall by the upstairs bed). AC was not cold enough. The bed was uncomfortable. We booked for three nights but left after two.

The staff was so helpful, and available for requests, recommendations, and assistance throughout the day. The place was large and clean and quiet. My family of 4 was comfortable in one of the larger rooms and we will definitely be staying there again for our next trip to Milan. They also had a partner shuttle service (paid separately) that was very convenient and took us right to the hotel no problem.

Code to access hotel did not work, had to contact hotel several times. Overall a very nice room.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Pent og rent. Bærer litt preg av at det er et noe eldre bygg. Stort og deilig rom, ikke mye bråk utenfor. Tilgang på sengetøy, håndkler, kaffekapsler og mer. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Svarer også raskt på mail. Alt i alt et topp opphold!

Excelente opción para hospedarte a 10 minutos del Duomo de Milán. La habitación amplia y con baño de muy buen tamaño. Solo ten en consideración que por el concepto de Numa la habitación no se limpiará diario para que lo tengas en consideración si es algo importante para ti. Pero sino te importa que la cama no esté tendida es tu mejor opciones!!

The door keypad doesn’t work properly. It took an hour to get in. There’s no phone signal at the door. There’s no wifi at the door. We only got in when someone else who lived in the building opened it. The not very helpful woman at the “reception” (a cheap office desk at the bottom of the stairs) gave us a new code, but had no idea we were at the door trying to get in. THe new code didn't work either. There is no elevator to the third floor where the room is located. There is no-one to help with heavy bags. The furniture in the room is dirty. We don’t want to sit on it because it’s stained (with what?). The curtains were moth-eaten and dirty. There are holes in them. A spider or some other bugs bit us both all over. The closets are disturbing. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. There was a sign warning us to open the windows when cooking in case we set off a fire alarm. We are afraid to cook. On day two the third code to the front door stopped working, so we were locked out again. I wish we hadn’t come here.

Superb location. Capacious space. Friendly staff. Ease of use. Not luxurious but quite functional indeed. Would use again.

This is NOT a 4-star property. It is 2-stars at most. -Terrible customer service via phone - empty promises and insincere apologies with little to no follow through. -WhatsApp chat is with a chatbot only. So annoying! -Filthy walls that need scrubbing. The whole unit needs re-paint. Kitchen cabinets are scratched and dirty. Gross! -2 flat pillows on the king bed. If you ask for extra pillows, they won't deliver them until the next day! And - you only get 1 at a time. -No blackout shades on windows so when the sun rises, so do you! -Uncovered electrical outlets and junction boxes - unsafe! I have pictures to validate all comments above but this review page doesn't give me an option to attached them. Just finished 3+ weeks in Europe at only 4 & 5 Star hotels and this hotel was BY FAR the worst in every aspect. DO NOT book here. There are so many better options in the same location for the similar price. Don't make the same mistake I did!

The property is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable. While it’s labeled as a king-size, it’s actually two twin beds pushed together, which makes for a less-than-ideal sleeping experience. Hopefully, this can be improved to match the beauty of the place!

Schönes Zimmer, groß und sauber. Aber mehr als 4 Sterne hat es nicht verdient. Leider wird dieses nur wöchentlich gereinigt und auch Handtücher und Toilettenpapier muss man man "Essentials Closet" selbst besorgen. Ansonsten alles top, würde es evtl auch wieder buchen

This is an older building in a great location. While the apartments are very roomy, we experienced plumbing problems in two apartments. They couldn’t fix the problem (no toilet flush) in the first one so we asked to be moved and luckily they had a free place. The people at the front desk are there from 8 am to 11 pm and did not seem to be well trained to help with the issues we encountered.

We stayed in a double room. The location was excellent, we could walk everywhere, saving so much time. The room was clean and larger than pictured. The shower was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again!

The property was very close to the metro station, and the room came equipped with all the amenities required, however both safes were unusable and the bedside lamp didn’t work and the property said they’d fix both the following morning and did not. There were laundry facilities onsite which was nice as they provided the soap as well, however the wall instructions for the washer were for a completely different machine. I would not stay again, but a big room, comfy bed, and if you need to eat in, they provided the essentials.

A/C system doesn’t work properly, the room’s temperature was too high and was not able to cool down. There are some other review about this subject too. Thanks.

Établissement idéalement situé. Le problème étaient les nuisances sonores la nuit (notre appartement donnait sur la rue). C'est sans doute pour ça que des bouchons anti bruit sont à disposition à l'arrivée sur les tables de chevet ;)!

Two single beds put together is not a double bed Couldn’t find area to change towels. Lack of human interaction meant I couldn’t get coffee refills (human staff didn’t want to help me when I did see them) For the amount of money I spent, I didn’t think there was anything special to report from this experience Some clean towels and coffee and new bottles of water - really wouldn’t have hurt!
