⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai adoré mon séjour! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie de façon exceptionnelle par Caméliane (désolée si j’écorche le prénom!). Elle était tellement gentille, attentionnée et serviable. Lorsque je lui ai demandé de la glace, elle me l’a apportée directement à ma chambre avec le sourire. La chambre était impeccable : très propre, agréable, avec une bonne odeur et un tapis bien entretenu. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à mon arrivée : des pommes, des oranges et de l’eau bien froide étaient prêtes pour les clients. Le jeune homme qui m’a servi le lendemain matin était lui aussi très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Le déjeuner était très bon et varié. Mon seul petit commentaire serait qu’un peu de bacon aurait été un excellent ajout! Comme je voyage beaucoup pour le travail, j’aimerais aussi voir un petit coin repas avec un four à pizza et des pizzas surgelées pour les voyageurs qui arrivent tard et n’ont pas le temps de sortir manger. Ce serait vraiment pratique. J’aimerais également y retrouver les charcuteries Shawbridge et les produits de la microbrasserie Shawbridge, qui seraient un bel ajout à l’offre locale. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Rouyn-Noranda!

Went there off season - Room was clean but the A/C is very noisy when is On but the bed and room was comfortable. Parking is private and easy to go in and out with your room access card trough the gate. Staff was very nice & my favourite part is that you can have access to the gym 24/7 next door (same company) just ask to have an access card & it’s well equipped! Dumbbells/rowing/treadmill/cable machine/bicycle/elastics/suissball/olympic bar…Not small gym like other’s hotels. Breakfast was ok, I’m not fancy I can adapt very easily. I was just expecting hot meals like scrambled eggs or warm pancakes & maybe a croissant or muffins. The basic with different kinds of bread/cereals, fruits, yogurt, coffee/tea, hard boiled eggs, etc.. But probably because it was not the season when I went there :) Overall I recommend and definitely book again.

Hôtel très cher pour l'état des chambres, a besoin de rénovations et de rendre les chambres au goût du jour , vieux tapis et ameublement sales et abîmés, vraiment pas agréable en devant travailler de la chambre en fin de journée. Je n'y retournerai plus première et dernière fois.

Salle de bain degoutante, presence de moississure et accjmulation brune au plafond. Pas de fan de douche pour evacuer l'humidité. Lit très cheap, dure comme de la roche.

All the amenities we needed (bathroom, shower, heating system, elevator, etc) worked fine but there was evidence of poor upkeep and disrepair everywhere you looked. Breakfast choices were very limited on the Saturday morning but better on the Sunday morning where there were fewer guests. The bed was comfortable but made up with only a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet. The staff was helpful, polite, and professional. Overall, though the accommodations were adequate, I felt I had paid for a more luxurious stay than I got.

Room was ok, sleep was tough due to Loud heater that ran a lot and bath fan that was also loud and could not be turned off,

The rooms were very dated. The trash can was cracked and a lot of things around the room were broken or extremely used. The receptionist was not very forthcoming with information. It was hard trying to figure out the parking without information and once we got into the parking it was extremely limited. I had a very hard time parking my truck behind the hotel. I was jammed between 2 other trucks. The breakfast options were good.
