I messaged the property via the Expedia messaging app a few times. but never got a reply. not sure if this is an Expedia or hotel problem.... but the. staff at the property were very good once I was there

Alles prinma, gerne wieder Sehr preisgünstig und sehr gut gelegen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das muss kein Nachteil sein.

Kanon trevligt, saknade inget utom skohorn

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Da wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisten, hatten wir mit dem Parkplatz nichts zu tun.

Small room but with all that is needed, bed was very nice.. Quiet room away from street, nice staff and all we needed

Personal eher freundlich aber leicht unmotiviert und unverständlich in der Sprache. Zimmer sauber, nur etwa starken (schlechten) Geruch in diesem. Fernseher nicht gegenüber des Bettes platziert und das Queen-Bett für eine Person bestand aus zwei einzelne Betten (ungemütlich für eine Person). Frühstück angemessen aber bestehend eher aus Billigprodukte.

Clean room albeit fairly basic. Good plus point……lovely and warm in freezing temperatures.

Das Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt! In der Dusche waren die Dichtungen teilweise schimmelig 🙁

Værelset var ok og rent, god morgen buffet med et godt udvalg i brød (groft brød) venligt og hjælpsomt personale, ved booking af værelse bed om et på bagsiden, derved undgås trafik støj

Nemt at komme til i bil, og gode parkeringsmuligheder. Hotellet er et gammelt familiehotel i tysk stil. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. God beliggenhed i forhold til den gamle bydel

Nachdem seitens Hotels.com ein falscher Zeitraum reserviert wurde, ist man uns seitens des Hotel sehr kulant entgegen gekommen, so dass sich die Mehrkosten im Rahmen hielten. Personal im Hotel war aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Gerne wieder ...

Room was clean and comfortable . Staff charged for local taxes although already charged for by expedia.

We chose this hotel because of its excellent balance between location and price. Our son just started his studies in Aerospace Engineering at HSB Bremen, and we wanted to visit him—he lives just half a block away, so the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Great people, great service! We’ll definitely be coming back to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Schön wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, mit der üblichen Wahl an Teebeuteln oder Kaffee. Leider gab es auch auch Anfrage nicht die Möglichkeit einen Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer zu bekommen.

The hotel was excellent. While established, it was impeccably maintained and exceptionally clean, appearing virtually new. Its location is convenient to Hochschule Bremen in Neustadt, the city center, and major attractions in the old town, with proximity to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. It is also directly across the street from Becks. The beds were comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Furthermore, the staff were outstanding; Karl, the night attendant, was particularly attentive to our needs. We will certainly return.
