Couldn’t sleep at all due to paper-thin walls!! Could hear everyone slamming the doors, could hear exactly what the people next door where saying, the tv kept turning off on its own. The ac kept leaking and they didn’t have a coffee maker! Will NEVER stay here again!!

Aire acondicionado fallando, personal de recepción y en general demasiado apáticos, desayuno aunque esté incluido y las expectativas no eran altas, fue por debajo de la calidad que manejaban antes.

Muy rico el desayuno. Y muy atentos todos. Si necesitas moverte a algún lugar ellos te llevan gratis.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es muy buena y desayuno poco variado

Llegamos 11pm, al llegar las sábanas tenían pelos, el baño estaba tapado y comentaron que no había personal de mantenimiento que llegaba a las 9am del siguiente dia. No había agua caliente en la habitación. Bajamos a desayunar a las 7:00am y no había volvimos a bajar a las 7:40am y seguía igual todo vacío el cocinero no se da abasto.

Water was lukewarm, poor water pressure. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Staff was great!

The place its well maintained and provides exactly what is says, its just that everything is old, the sheets are not crispy white they are so old that are yellowish/brown. You can tell they have been washed but they are too old, a few items are missing screws or bolts, the curtains do not lower easily, the toilet seat was missing a cap. The parking entrance is hard to find if you don't know the area.

AC failed. It needs new furnitures
