Wonderful room on the 5th floor looking east towards the hills on the other side of the Po

Nice hotel very central to the city. The room and the rest of the property is in impeccable condition. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

Hotel con arredi d' epoca in posizione centralissima e comoda. Colazione ottima. Tutto bene ma ci vorrebbe più manutenzione nelle camere e nei bagni. Comunque bene.

Great breakfast, great staff. Very convenient location for shopping, museums, dining and the train station just steps away. Our room was a little shabby but clean and comfortable and overlooked a green space. Airport bus pickup location was steps away. I’m staying here again at the end of the month.

There were a couple of days in a great hotel. Just maybe add a kettle in the room for people who enjoy several cups of tea at night.

This hotel is in a prime central location, set in a beautiful old Italian building full of charm. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially the patio area which is an open, garden-like space on the 2nd floor where you can order coffee or drinks. It felt like the perfect respite after a long day in the city. There are also elegant common areas to work, furnished in an old-school style. My room was surprisingly large (even for a single), very quiet, and had excellent water pressure. The internet worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The bed was a simple twin with just a sheet, and the A/C and heat worked great. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options and great quality. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable for the location. The hotel is surrounded by great dining and shopping, including a grocery store, a fun open-air market right outside, and excellent pizza places. It’s also easy to catch a taxi to the airport. My flight left early (6am), and I opted to stay here even though it was a bit longer of a distance. It worked out fine. Overall, a beautiful stay that combines Italian old-school character, comfort, and convenience, I would highly recommend it. The price was also quite good for the quality of the stay.

Verbazingwekkend goed hotel voor de drie sterren rating. Zeer ruime kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en gelegen op de toplocatie.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was in the perfect spot for us to accomplish our needs.

Great hotel close to everything

Ho soggiornato spesso in questo hotel e anche questa non posso che ribadire il giudizio positivo sul personale, sulla rapidità del check in , sulla pulizia , la colazione ( ottima, la sto finendo proprio ora mentre scrivo questa recensione). Stanza ampia, letto comodo, frigo capiente. In particolare questa volta mi è stata assegnata una camera al quinto piano, interno cortile ( in pratica belle “casa di ringhiera” torinesi) con un terrazzino e un tavolo molto, molto rilassanti. Una bella sorpresa, insomma: unico rischio, la voglia di rimanere sul terrazzo e non esplorare Torino, città che, pur con le difficoltà che sta attraversando, ha sempre molto da offrire e da vedere. Ancora una volta consiglio senz’altro questo hotel ( anche per la centralissima posizione e la fermata metro a due passi).

Excellent hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. No in-room coffee or tea, which I really prefer - but they put on an absolutely amazing breakfast spread included with your room, and have still/sparkling water dispensers on every floor. Would not hesitate to stay here again (but I might plan to buy a kettle and a box of tea during my stay!)

La atención en general bien, aunque por poner un pero es la poca amabilidad del chico de atención al cliente. Poco servicial. Hablamos idioma español y poco servicial por entender lo que hablábamos.

Ottimo hotel in cui ho soggiornato sempre con piacere. Personale gentile ed efficiente, pulito, buona colazione ( bella anche la sala in cui si svolge)silenzioso. Posizione centrale, comoda per trasporti, ristoranti, negozi. Purtroppo ho notato ancora una volta un lieve peggioramento, senza fare però allarmismo, di Piazza Carlo Felice . Hotel senz’altro consigliato e in cui ritornerò
