The reception girls will not smile at female clients at all but they will have big smile to males. That’s your strategy as a 5-stars hotel? Because the majority of the clients are men…? Or because you are racism or sexism？Or any other reasons? The first day when I entered here I found this. I came with my boyfriend but when I talked to her she won’t even give any glances but when my boyfriend talked to her she smiled and answered him only. And today when the key didn’t work at the elevator I went to her twice but they won’t give any smile or apology to you at all…. So disappointed and it’s so disgusting of the differential treatment from your FEMALE staff. So ridiculous.
Las recepcionistas no sonríen a los clientes femenina, pero sí a los clientes masculino. Esa es su estrategia como hotel de 5 estrellas? Porque la mayoría de los clientes son masculino...? O porque eran racista o sexista? O por alguna otra razón? El primer día que entré aquí me encontré con esto. Vine con mi novio, pero cuando le hablé, ni siquiera me miró, mientras que cuando mi novio le habló, solo le sonrió y le respondió a él. Y hoy, cuando la llave del ascensor no funcionó, fui a hablar con ella dos veces, pero no me dedicaron ni una sonrisa ni una disculpa... Estoy muy decepcionada y asqueada por el trato discriminatorio de su personal femenino. Tan ridícula.
