All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied.

Located right in front of Machupicchu train departure point. Breakfast was delicious and 24hr front desk with baggage keep service. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy(pillow was too soft)

The room was clean and the staff was extremely gentle with us. The service in Los Portales is exceptional.

The staff was very kind. We had a good time. The shower was too strong ( we can’t arrange the power) That’s a little pity.

Clean sheets and bed comfy pillows clean bath tub with jets. We had a great time with my husband. Room was quiet and affordable. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Free tea anytime and room service was nice. Soup is instant one so pass that but main dishes were good

La habitación impecable. Lo único malo es q hay poca ventilación por las ventanas ya que el Patio interior está cerrado. El desayuno bueno y la ubicación excelente, a solo 3 cuadras de la plaza mayor.

Everything was amazing.

The staff were excellent at helping me settle in. Being an english speaking Canadian not knowing much Spanish this was helpful! Room service was always fast and delicious! I recommend the grilled alpaca (sort of like goat). I would just say potentially consider adding a larger selection to the menu however this is a personal preferance as there are many places to eat in Cusco. Location is super convinient as it is literally across the street from Inca Rail office to book tours to various destinations. Great all around stay

Given the price of the hotel relative to others in the area, I wasn’t impressed. I had to pay 10 soles for two bottles water because there was none in the room. The breakfast was ok, but again, given the price, I was expecting more. The hotel is overpriced for what is offered.

I had a great experience at this hotel! I checked out early to head to the airport, but after my flight got canceled, I came back and they kindly gave me the same room again with no extra charge. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The room was very clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend!
