Average stay. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was courteous. It was a very short stay for the night. Overall experience was good.

Good

This is a nice property for the price but is not near any attractions. You have to take a taxi or uber to get to different tourist areas. Hotel is nice and clean but far from the center of the city.

Centre of Delhi, Very good Connectivity, Nearest Metro Hauzkhas. Rooms are ok, Need improvement. Staffs are very good. Small lobby & restaurant. Although I came by CAB but I found limited parking.

Nice hotel although seen better days. Fitness room could do with a complete set of dumbbells plus a foam roller. Hauz Katz is great for running.

Absolutely amazing experience. Location was great. Peaceful and calm. Clean rooms. Excellent and efficient service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Tasted like home made food.

Checkin was very easy and everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

Pleasant but needs infrastructure upgrades. No hot water, old a/c system, computers were down so I never got an itemized folio when I checked out and paid and staff never sent it later despite assuring me they would. I’ve stayed at this property for over a decade (since when it was the Visaya), but it is past it’s prime

The staff greeted us very nicely, allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and up to quality standards.

Only stayed one night, but we had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had what we needed. Only thing was our particular room didn't have great ventilation so the steam from the shower stayed in the entire room.

Un hotel limpio y tranquilo en Delhi, el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Detalles menores como la tarjeta de la puerta que a veces fallaba o el wifi que tardó en conectarse pero finalmente pude acceder, sin costo. Buena opción.

Great, clean, classy hotel with friendly service.

My husband and I were very impressed by the outstanding and super- responsive smiling service, comfort, cleanliness and the beautiful interiors at The Visaya (which is right next to Panchsheel Club). Despite the chaotic and maddening traffic in South Delhi, The Visaya was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The breakfast was good and varied, the guest rooms and washrooms well designed and beautiful. All in all a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it to visitors from anywhere in the world.
