I accidentally booked the wrong. Citi and I called promptly to the establishment when I recognized it. They said to call you, Expedia and you folks wouldn’t give me a refund. Not cool as the ability to recover from these mistakes is what makes me come back to Expedia but you did not recover

Ok little hotel. Had a plug in for my car on the cold days. For 60$ you get what you paid for.

Clean rooms and very nice staff

The room was okay. I was not aware that it was a hostel style but that was my error on thr booking. There was a couple in the next room fighting all night long. So we were not able to sleep properly. I guess that is a risk with dorm style rooms.

Cold basement room heater provided but not work. Noisy after 1am people are using back door and make too much noise. Blankets are tinny and thin. Not satisfied by the price and what we got.

Parking was so convenient and my bed was comfy. I was close to all the places I needed to go, like the hospital, downtown and DQ. The room was cozy, which was good for just me, that’s all I needed. I stayed in a room with private bathroom, clean and So affordable, I would stay again 👌 Also very welcoming & helpful staff 💕

The Queen room was small but clean. We got a bathroom and shower in our room - again nice and clean. Room was hot and no temp control visible so I left the bathroom window open to try and cool a bit. Adjusting shower temp was a bit tricky, lots of hot water (too hot). Being right across from the hospital we did hear sirens through out the night, but not terrible. TV powered on, Cable box was powered on, but did not get any programs. Ok for a one nite stay.

Its a dump. Bathroom down the hall. Shared with 3. TV doesn't work.

Very small room but clean, would be nice if the TV was smart enabled, tv just has basic cable on it but isnt a smart tv. Shared bathroom but theres mutiple and they are big and clean.

Excellent price point, adequate for a welcoming stay at affordable price

Close to hospital

It's a little loud, with people walking around at all times, the room is small, but the bed is comfortable and the staff were hard at work.

Not forthcoming about shared washroom in the ad

Parking good; no hot tub but not needed.
