The staff was amazing! This is our second time and we decided to book this hotel for any time that we going to Madrid. Manuel was excellent as always! Location 100% Walking distance from the subway

Great hotel, incredible staff

The hotel is a very strategic location.

Very central location near many shops and restaurants, great to enjoy the city by foot. Room was clean and comfortable but right next to lobby so quite noisy until late. In the morning, we were woken up by very loud construction work noise, could hear alarms from the guests staying next doors & cleaning service using the vacuum cleaner. Purpose of the hotel room was to have some proper rest, the night was unfortunately very cut short from 7am onwards.

Todo muy bien, sólo una recomendación. Hicieron por dos días pruebas de la alarma por la mañana, la mayoría de las personas duermen.

Excellent staff and location!! Loved the bar downstairs and the breakfast was delicious!!

受付はフレンドリーで、チェックインの際に清算を済ませるスタイルでした。部屋は綺麗に清掃されており、立地はどこに行くにも便利な場所で、朝食も種類が豊富でコスパはとても良いと思います。建物が古く、バスタブの栓が無かったり、壁が薄くて夜中に隣の部屋の音がそのまま聞こえたり、窓からの景観はゼロなどの問題はありますが、許容範囲でした。

Staff is very prompt and attentive! They solved my problem immediately, no questions asked.

Staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Restaurant has a quality chef. Room and balcony very comfortable. Great area to walk easily to main sites or shop. Would stay here again

The location is great, exactly on the main street Grant Via, central location and the rooms are big and clean. Great service and best location!

The decor of the hotel is great. Rooms are nice and clean. Realize I am an American traveler so I have certain expectations. The bar is not comfortable or inviting. There is no coffee available (and you have to pay for it) before 7am- no coffee makers in the room. Well located however to see the sights. My comments may seem negative and don’t mean them to be- I just believe for a hotel of this caliber should be a bit better in the areas mentioned
