Food was amazing in both restaurants. Wine suggestions were great. Love the location relative to recreation areas, Salzburg and Munich. Staff very nice and helpful. I would love to visit again in the future.

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, offensichtliche Gebrauchsspuren am Mobiliar, malermässige Auffrischung angebracht. Insgesamt Bewertung als 4☆Haus angemessen.

Room was extremely comfortable and staff were spectacular. They went above and beyond in service.

Hotel was nice, staff was pleasant and location was great and walkable. My only complaint is that they only have one restaurant and it happens to be a Michelin star. It’s great to have a high end restaurant on premises but the lack of choice forces you to spend $300 in a dinner for two. They should have either another eating facility like a coffee shop for quick food or a more expansive menu in the only restaurant to include non-Michelin items.

The staff was friendly and accommodating The facilities were extremely comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren in die Residenz und sind immer wieder begeistert - es gibt keine bessere Küche für uns. Das Haus ist die angenehm, die Atmpsähre geniessen wir, die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum.

Property is well maintained but definitely dated. People come for the Restaurant and food. The town is charming. The views of the mountains are lovely.
