O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, super limpo, café da manhã bom e localização perfeita

The rooms are very clean, although did smell like someone had smoked there before. Overall great Hotel, rooms are large and very comfortable. Would stay there again

Motorized curtains difficult to operate if working. Smart tvs with Roku.. had to call in 3 separate occasions for support. No air extraction in bathrooms. Deficient room and bathroom cleaning.. not terrible but lacking.. Generally it is not 5 star quality or value for money.

El hotel es un desastre Deshabitado No está a la altura de las circunstancias Nos alojamos mi marido y mi hija Pagué una habitación por 3 Nos tratan como si hubiéramos abonado por 2 Cama catre le da a mi hija de 11 años una vergüenza de un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas para que mi hija duerma 10 noches. Reincidimos en el hotel porque la primera vez NO nos fue tan bien y nos dijeron que nos iban a dar un trato especial!!! Pues NOO todo lo contrario! Desde que llegamos solo recibimos destrato por parte del hotel y la gente que esté en el lobby; atención vergonzosa de Hernán, Andrea, Antonella la verdad el hotel les dio un lugar que poco se merecen. Reciben mejor q la gente que se aloja 1 día que la que se aloja más de 1 semana! El hotel no tiene presencia de personal jerárquica que te a la altura de las circunstancias. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento tabto de las zonas comunes como de la habitación, todo muy anticuado! El aire acondicionado No funciona No festejen las fiestas en este hotel! Muy malo el servicio para lo caro que cobran! Bebidas calientes, platos simples y berretas

Habitación grande, desayuno excelente, check-in quien me atendió bien pero la jefatura ni idea en que estaba - desaparecía nomas y por eso tuvimos que esperar un buen rato mientras se atendía la familia anterior.

Exelent and smood check in. Customer service is top notch. Pool and restaurant on the roof with great view and food. Room was fantastic (suite). The view was amazing. All in all a great hotel. Would like to stay again.

Al llegar a hacer el check in el viernes 21 a las 15:00 hrs nos comunican que la piscina al aire libre se encontraba cerrada debido a un evento privado. Nadie nos aviso con anticipación y dada la alta temperatura de 30 grados esto era muy valorado. Además el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien por lo que la temperatura de la habitación no bajó de los 24 grados centígrados. Finalmente, al hacer el check out había una diferencia en el valor de un servicio de masajes lo que se debía a un impuesto que no estaba informado en ninguna parte.

The gym was terrible. Other than that it was great.

Excellent location and staff!

I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.
