Front desk staff very helpful Shower was wonderful

Clean room, everything worked, quiet. Breakfast appreciated although we would like some bacon.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Got us in 2 hrs earlier than check in which we greatly appreciated. Room was very nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was quite large with decent counter space. Shower was just ok, water temp and pressure fluctuated when another room decided to also shower at the same time. A/C was handled through the hotel, so could not be manually adjusted, but it was fine. Would recommend staying here.

Good location with lots of shopping, restaurants and Henderson Lake park close by.

Enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. It's a dated property but quite well maintained. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast manager were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Common areas like hallways, floor in breakfast room were dirty. Overall, stay was good.

Unique build feels like it was an old fire tower beautiful exposed brick walls

Good place to stay for a night on the way through. Price booked ahead of time was quite reasonable.

Great place to stay. Older hotel but impeccably clean and very well supplied. Breakfast was excellent. I have had reason to travel from Manitoba to BC multiple times in the last year and stay in Lethbridge each time. This was by far the best hotel I've tried and will definitely stay here again.

Rome at the front desk was very rude and combative over not having a credit card at check in. The room was pre-paid and a visa debit was presented fir the security deposit. She would not accept it and was very rude about it.
