Good experience if you snorkeling

La chambre est grande, propre, beaucoup de rangements. La literie est impeccable. La salle de bain grande et agréable. Le jardin est beau et soigné. La piscine est agréable. Le restaurant est parfait: nourriture très variée, délicieuse. Le récif est très vivant et facilement accessible. Il y a une proposition variée d'excursions. Chaque jour un cours d'aquagym est proposé. une navette gratuite transporte dans la charmante ville de Dahab en 10 minutes. La vue sur la mer et l'Arabie est magique. Mention spéciale à tout le personnel qui est extraordinaire de gentillesse.

The food was varied but they can improve the breakfast and the the standard room Wasn't good. The bed was made of stone not wood and they can change the doors and the bathrooms.

The staff were very friendly and very kind and the food was fresh and tasty

Отель находится от аэропорта порядка 100 км, на берегу со своим пляжем. Но за территорией отеля НИЧЕГО. Т.е. все время вы в отеле или на такси , мин. 5 долл, в Дахаб. Ну или в шарм. Территория Большая, Зелёная, Ухоженная Питание на троечку, Вроде всего много а есть нечего, Завтраки отдельная тема, Мясной и Сырной нарезки нет, то Что есть есть невозможно Номера старенькие, Ночь чисто. Уборка номерах ежедневно Обслуживание на троечку, Когда большой узнает что вы по системе все включено, Он теряет к вам интерес))) При выборе отеля мы опирались на то что нам нужна тишина и покой это мы получили)) На территории работают аниматоры, Ребята очень стараются На этом сайте за пять ночей переплатили на 120 $ больше. На других сайтах дешевле

The room is not properly cleaned, there were traces of hair on the bed, the floor and in the bathroom. Location is remote with nothing within walking distance, saving grace is a regular shuttle bus that runs throughout the day. Limited dining options with short service hours, this means chaotic dining experience.

Hotellet er slidt, det opvejes dog af venligt personale, og en perfekt beliggenhed, hvis man ønsker fred og ro nær lækkert koral rev. :-)

Lovely hotel in a great location but could be a bit more sensitive to the environment by eliminating plastic spoons and single use plastic cups and glasses. Food was wholesome but simple and could do with a bit more variation. Hotel coral reef was stunning with lifeguard on duty. Choice of all inclusive alcohols (both local and non-local) was rather limited.

מלון סה"כ נחמד עם חוף ים פרטי , חדרים יחסית גדולים , אוכל מגוון. מזרונים לא נוחים בחדרים , רמת תחזוקה נמוכה יחסית

נסענו משפחה של 8 אנשים ונהנינו מכל רגע. הצוות נחמד מאוד ומשתדל לעזור בכל בקשה שיש. מוחמד מהצוות של הספא היה פשוט נפלא. האוכל לא כמו באילת אבל תמיד יש מה לאכול

Good service with reasonable prices, prime location "being 5 minutes away from the blue hole renowned diving spot", friendly staff & good food. However, there're a couple of things that need to be enhanced which are: 1) Adding more night times for the shuttle bus. 2) The animation team is not experienced enough to bring any attractive shows.

Well located and very quiet

Most of the staff was very freindly but - we got the wrong room. Reception guy, wasted us a lot of time on the ''process'' of mooving us to the right room(the room we paid for),on the second day. When we came to pay the bill, he asked for more money from what was written on the reservation. After showing the reservation to his supirier , problem was solved. The beds on the room was hard like a rock, and it was allmost Impossible to moov the sunbathing beds on the beach. The food was just barebl. Very sad to write it because the hotel and its garden, the reef ,the view ,and the beach where very beautiful and the mountains behind the hotel were allso amazing.in total - big disappointment.

The Staff were friendly, the hotel was so good, the beds were comfortable and the hotel has an excellent location near the blue hole, and has a beautiful beach where you can see the coral reefs just like the blue hole or Abu Galum I would defiantly stay there again

Good: Room was comfortable. Surroundings were clean and tidy. Bad: Food (mainly dinner) was horrible, the worst I have ever eaten in Sinai- after the first try we preferred to eat in Dahab city instead. Air conditioner in the room was not functioning well- 25 degrees celsius are the lowest possible. (this is not "cold", but closer to the room temperature) Service was not great- even if the staff tried to help with something, it felt like they are doing us a favor, and did the minimum possible to help. No WIFI!!! We paid for a 24 usage (they gave us a note with a temporary username and password)- only in the lobby, there were internet issues and it was down most of the time. Trip to Blue hole closed by the hotel's office- we paid for a tour to me and my friend, but they put us in a van with 10 more people, and we had to do the whole trip with mixed groups, wait to others in order to return and eventually returned to the hotel almost 2 hours after the original time.
