Overall was good, breakfast was warm and good

Overall the hotel was good, only issues we had was a $50 pet cleaning fee, which was charged at check in. I had paid in full before we arrived and there was nothing mentioned that there was a charge for pets, when I mentioned this they showed be a note at the bottom of the hotels webpage for pet cleaning, the charge was added for this hotel only as we stayed at any other Days in that did not have a pet fee. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to take it up with Expedia and after driving for 11 hours we just paid the fee which we thought was a scam.

L’odeur est terrible, le lit était renfoncé et drap mal mis, plancher réparé avec tape, moulure rempli d’urine, le bain était salle et rien ne semblait propre, très bruyant car à côté de la piscine..

Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice. Breakfast was great.

It was a very nice and peaceful stay. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Nous sommes arrivé et le personel ne parlais pas francais...pourtant ont est a Quebec ???? Jai pris cette hotel parce que il était indiqué quil y avait buffet chaud pour le dejeuner inclus, quand nous sommes arrivés a 8h45 pour déjeuner il y avait plus rien de chaud pourtant cetait ecris jusqua 10h30, pour ce qui restait a manger de froid c'était toast, bagel, et pour les céréale il n'y avait plus de lait.....en plus les employers du déjeuner aussi ne parlais pas francais....incroyable mais vrai.... pour 181$ la nuit, 2 personnes ca fait cher avec un déjeuner comme ca, la prochaine fois j'yrai ailleurs...

La piscine était très sale, il n'y avait pas de serviettes, les parties communes étaient sales. Et il manque d'entretien dans l'hôtel

Bonjour nous avons sejournee à cet hotel tres décevante, que je ne recommande pas du tout. L'eau du spa était graisseuse ainsi que le spa en général. Déjeuner inclus: peu de nourriture manque de tout, pas de beurre, aucuns fruits, aucun muffins, que des toasts sans beurre, café, saucisse de porc et pancake sans sirop des comptoirs sales à 8h30 du matin. C est la 1ere fois que je donne mon avis sur un hotel. Je donne un etoile pour le confort du matelas et l accueil. Déception totale surtout su prix paye

mold on bathroom ceiling... discusting refillable hand soad bottle was completly empty. Long Hair in the bathtub which should have been cleaned.... Heating/Cooling Fan On all the time and so noisy unable to sleep well.

The cleanliness was suboptimal. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. There was even a condom outside of room 214. I made the front desk clerk aware of this and he seemed unphased. Some hotels have housekeeping attend to these things immediately. If the hallway looks like this, makes you wonder how well the room was actually cleaned. Never returning. Pay a bit more for something better. My kids call it the 1969 hotel because it looks outdated.

They have renovated rooms that look great. Unfortunately we were checked in in ine but it had adjoining rooms and a little barker next door. We were moved to another room but we saw the difference They have good large parking lot, good breakfast, everything is nice about the property. We took the bus to visit the city , whichbis quite close

Smell of air freshner in lobby was overpowering. No inside lock on door. Broken Room was hot and ac didn't work. Shower leaked.

Lots of dining option around and big parking lot was nice and the pool was bery nice anf fun.

Thankfully, I was out with friends for most of the trip, and only used the hotel room to sleep and shower in. The bed was stiff as a board and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Sheets were clean and so was the bathroom which to me is a big plus. They provided adequate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is also in need of electronic upgrades. Outlets were loose and didn’t have USB ports. Most outlets were in odd areas as well. Overall, decent stay if you’re planning on being out and about for 90-95% of the day, but not much else. 6.5/10
