Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Quick access to highway. Airy hallways and wood floors throughout

had great stay , no housekeeping service when staying more than one night but was noted , and anything needed was accomadated . breakfast day 2 , the hot entree s were little slow to be refilled but we managed fine . Staff very helpful when asking for directions or needing extra towels Took ferry to old quebec , very close to this hotel and convent way to get to old quebec . 2nd stay here and would stay agai

Very comfortable hotel, with good amenities and close to highways. Offered a good breakfast.

The room was fairly clean, the room was supposed to be a view of the pool, but couldn’t see the pool it was a view of bar and tables below.

Nice hotel and clean. Includes a basic breakfast. Had a pet friendly room with laminate flooring which was nice. Only problem was the hard bed. Very uncomfortable.

We love the pet friendly rooms and breakfast. Croissant were served warm.

La chambre propre et bien organisé. Climatisation fonctionne bien. La piscine et spa confortable et propre. Le déjeuner les œufs, saucisses et fèves aux lard sont bon. Pas de pain de blé

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and enjoyed the pool and hot tun

No real surprises other than the disappointing breakfast in a very dark sitting area. We were moderately pleased but feel that there’s better value in other venues.

We have no complaints at all. Clean, quiet, bed comfortable. All perfect for us.

We were on the 3rd floor and liked that we could have a brought in dinner sitting on our balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and the room was great. We just traveled for a week and stayed in several good lodgings but this was the best. Being so close to the TransCanada was also a plus.

Clean, well maintained, helpful staff

First night at the hotel is total chaos for the toilet is not working properly. We need to go to reception to let them know about the problem. The lady who was in duty that night transferred us right away to a proper room!!!! If breakfast has more choice of food coz everyday it was just the same thing!

The self serve breakfast was the best l have ever had. Warm fresh and good variety of pretty well averything.

Friendly staff. All in all a good experience.

This was a stop over stay on way home. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, food was hot and kept topped up.
