Amazing

Staff were fantastic, hotel was very clean and tidy, breakfast selection and service was first class. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Spacious room with living room, and kitchen space with beautiful fresh fruits, coffees and teas. The linens were so soft and the bed quite comfortable. The expansive bathroom had a soaking tub, extended shower area and double sinks with top tier bath products.

Die Leute an der Reception sind unfreundlich und gehen nicht auf Anliegen ein. Die Zimmer sind fragwürdig gestaltet, z. B. ohne Handtuchaufhänger. Die Fenster im Zimmer sind dreckig (Reinung trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich, da der Dreck innerhalb der Fenster sein soll). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überfüllt und man muss Dinge 3 Mal bestellen, um sie einmal zu erhalten. Der Room Service kam an einem Tag nicht. Am Pool war die Musik massiv zu laut und die Lautstärke wurde erst auf intensives Drängen reduziert. Die nachfolgenden Tage war die Lautstärke dann stets gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind massiv unterbezahlt, wir haben mit mehreren gesprochen bezüglich Ihrem Lohn. Das Hotel bietet gemäss Internet einen Tennisplatz an. Das ist gemogelt, denn der Platz kann nur am Freitag und am Samstag gebucht werden. Die restlichen Tage gehört er einer Tennisschule. Die Buchung kostet am Freitag und Samstag zudem AED 200, was eine absolute Abzocke ist. Und falls Sie sich fragen, warum das Hotel so gute Bewertungen hat: Die Mitarbeiter werden genötigt, jede Möglichkeit zu nutzen Kunden einen QR-Code hinzuhalten und um eine Bewertung zu betteln, die den Namen enthält, da sie im Rang aufsteigen können. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen, wählen Sie ein anderes Hotel. Noch etwas Positives: Super grossen und modernes Gym. Wer gerne Krafttraining macht, wird es lieben.

The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on arrival. Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and setting.

The hotel had many amazing facilities, the classic room was great. The pool, the beach and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfasts I've had. However, my room wasnt cleaned properly at all when i checked in and not even the next day. The cleaning was poor.

Exceptional service from the moment we checked in to when we left. Will definitely be staying here again and recommended to family and friends as well

Outstanding breakfast. For me a running track (or marked route) around the outer edges would be ideal Didn't eat there in evening and places to eat are not obvious. I know they are there and where, but there weren't noticeable. Would have been nice if the pool bar stayed open longer and served food. Was attending ADIPEC and that was convenient. Was beautifully quiet.

The room had a smell and i asked for air freshener that was never delivered to the room, Electricity outlet in the room are few not enough for multiple phones and laptop

口コミにもあったとおり、たしかにホテルへの入り口は分かりづらい。グーグルマップの案内は、ゴール直前のランナバウトから無視して「West Wing」の看板に従って向かいましょう。ホテルも５つ星かと言われると、さすがにそれは言い過ぎかと。しかし、部屋は広く、　決して新しくはないものの清掃・整備が行き届いている。スタッフのサービスも素晴らしく、周囲も静かで出張期間をとても快適に過ごすことができた。グランド・モスクも歩けない距離ではないので、レジャーでの利用にも向いていると思う。個人的には、また泊まりたいと思う。

The hotel is very nice and clean, I really loved the welcome biscuits given at the reception and at the room. I loved the cinema theater that they offer on site and the elegant, quiet and calm atmosphere. There were 2 not-so-good things about my stay on Armed forces hotel though: the pool does not belong to the hotel itself but to a sort of club, therefore, there is 0% privacy if you want to use the pool as there are swimming classes all day. The pool was packed and I was not comfortable having so many people around during pandemic time. The second not so good thing was that they made us wait for almost 30 min at the reception before we could get our room. The customer service team however was very nice and helpful though. Other than these two downfalls, I enjoy my stay.

Hotel was good. Lot of construction going on but I knew about that at time of booking. Gym and Pool worth the cost alone.
