I really, really, really enjoyed my stay at Casa Encantada! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet which makes it easier to sleep, and the room was fantastic! Breakfast is served on the rooftop were Edgar will take care of you and I highly recommend the pancakes; I had them almost every morning they were that good. The room was VERY clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was also really nice! A/C and a ceiling fan were in the room and the bed was very comfortable. When I return to Antigua, I will stay at Casa Encantada again!

Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms, a hot shower, and air conditioning. It was a beautiful place to stay during my time in Antigua.

We went to the sister hotel for our free drinks and waited a long time, but they didn’t bring them, so we left. To our great surprise, there then was a knock on our hotel door with the delivery of the drinks!

Great location! I will definitely stay there next time.

Great location into the city center. Room was comfortable aside from an issue with ants which the hotel assisted with quickly. Our room was on the main level and the road is quite loud due to cars going by all hours of the night, so bring ear plugs. The rooftop breakfast was lovely and had fantastic views.

The staff was helpful, hotel clean and the room was lovely and comfortable. Nice indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

The bed was comfortable, which is what is most important to me, and the bathroom was nice, I was in room 1 unfortunately so was woken up at 6am by noise in the lobby. It was a very cute hotel.

Hotel was a great B&B with amazing breakfast each morning, super helpful staff, and great location. The sister properties had a great restaurant too.

Beautiful small boutique hotel Friendly and efficient staff Nice amenities in their sister Porta Hotels group just few steps away, heated swimming pool, gym and restaurants. Extremely comfortable and clean room excellent location, we have included breakfast and it was excellent. No complaints from us at all, we highly recommend this Hotel
