Spotless room. Amazing food. A lovely relaxing weekend away

Room was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent, sevice a bit slow, food was great and plenty of if. Spa was clean. Just across the road is Clumber park plenty of walking.

Rude receptionist on arrival, poor service at dinner, being told we had to order quickly as they had a large group coming in, food was cold. Forgot our drinks and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for food.

The Staff and the feel of the Hotel. Was very warm and welcoming. Cosy nice and warm rooms

I had a new wet room. The smart tap was difficult to use without getting a wet wrist, no temperature control and no cups in bathroom. Tea cups in the room also way too small

Food and drink was very good staff pleasant and obliging room was clean and warm.loved the pool and sauna.

Breakfast really was outstanding huge choice but the breakfast cooked buffet was excellent

Only had evening meal, excellent. The bar had something for me. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the room was comfortable.

We stayed in an executive suite overlooking the courtyard, the room was spotless and the decor was lovely. We spent the day in the New Leaf Spa and had both booked a massage, the treatment was perfect and very relaxing. Will definitely be looking into booking again soon

Really nice welcome by reception and the Spa staff were lovely too. Pool area was lovely and warm with plenty of seating to relax. We didn’t have an evening meal but the breakfast was scrummy. The only fault was there could have been more continental options but that’s just my opinion. We stayed in an executive suit, plenty of space, very tidy and lovely decor. Room was nice and warm and bed was comfy. Again the only let down was we only had one pillow each with no option for a spare pillow and the floor looked lovely and clean but our socks became dirty very quickly so could maybe do with a mop? Overall really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Breakfast worst we have ever had. No plates no eggs exept cold scrambled no hash brown no yogurt all 3 fruit juice empty no milk jugs bacon qood quality but undercooked sausages good quality but looked anemic. The whole breakfast was luke warm and dryed up

Room was lovely and the pool/sauna/steam room was just what we needed after a long drive.
