I love staying in this hotel full of history, charm and character. You are made welcome the moment you arrive and there is lots of knowledgeable advice available on restaurants and places to visit.
On my last stay, I was lucky enough to stay in the Balcony Suite on the First Floor and was provided with an explanation of the history of the suite - part of the dining room of the original club, and an outline of the menu of the time.
The location near the railway station is very convenient, and yet it is very quiet.
