Wonderful

Restaurant didn't open until 8:00 AM. No coffee available. No ability to stream through TV's and almost all available channels in french. Lovely property and room but missing on little comfort-service items.

This resort is situated on agorgeous plot of land, with beatiful waterfront views and a meticulously maintained property. The staff were fantastic, offering courteous, friendly and professional service across the board. 5 stars to the entire staff, including Hugo and Enzo. Our room in the main building was clean and the bed was draped in the highest quality of linens. It was comfortable and the views were lovely but it felt a touch dated. Our experience at the bar was exceptional with a well crafted drink and wine list. Where improvement is needed: 1. For a resort of this price range and reputation, I was highly disappointed with the state of our bathroom. It was in sore need of repair, with nary a hook to be found, a poorly functioning shower and lots of broken trim. 2. Our dining experience was hit and miss. Most of what we ate for breakfast and dinner were delicious and used fine ingredients but there was a significant value deficit in many respects. My wife's dinner one night was entirely substandard for a restaurant of this supposed quality. Also, offering only fixed menu for breakfast at $65 PP is outrageous, no matter what you include. Many people want a simple breakfast and have no option but to splurge on the undervalued fixed menu. There needs to be an a la carte menu as well. All in all, a very nice, relaxing stay with A+ service. However, even at a prestige inn like this, value still matters and for Ripplecove, it is sadly a weak spot

Les chambres avec vue sur le lac valent vraiment la peine. C'est magnifique! Le personnel est courtois et souriant. Chambre et mobilier de grande qualité. Je recommande. Nous avons aussi fait du fat bike électrique fourni par l'hôtel. C'était bien.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience dans votre établissement et je considère que la situation mérite une intervention sérieuse de votre part. À notre arrivée, un dépôt de 300 $ nous a été demandé, ce que nous avons payé sans problème. Lors du départ, on nous informe que ce montant sera remboursé sous 48 à 72 heures, ce qui est normal. Cependant, quelques minutes après avoir quitté la réception, je constate un second prélèvement de 100 $ sur ma carte de crédit, effectué sans aucune information ni autorisation claire. Je retourne immédiatement à la réception, où l’on m’explique vaguement que cela serait lié à une réservation via Expedia, sans justification précise. Je trouve cela totalement inacceptable. Ce type de prélèvement non expliqué peut être perçu comme abusif. Sans ma vigilance, ce montant aurait pu passer inaperçu. De plus, au lieu de prendre la responsabilité de la situation, votre personnel m’a demandé de contacter ma banque en cas de problème, ce qui est inadmissible. Je tiens aussi à souligner le manque de professionnalisme : aucune excuse, aucune explication claire, et aucun geste commercial, malgré un tarif de près de 500 $ pour une seule nuit. Dans ce contexte, j’attends : • Une explication claire et écrite concernant ce double prélèvement • La confirmation immédiate du remboursement des 100 $ • Un geste commerrcial

Beautiful setting on the edge of the lake. The bikes available to loan were a bonus and trails easily accessible. We stayed in a villa which was fairly well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after a day out in the cold!. Not quite enough seating in the main lounge if the house was fully occupied though. It would also be nice if the furniture in the lounge and bedroom were orientated to take in the view rather than pointed at the hotel and other villas. The villas don’t have housekeeping during your stay so it would be helpful if there was a Hoover, dustpan and brush and cleaning products and cloths for clearing up properly after meals. We ate Le Cove and the food was very good and service forelndly. We would have liked to eat in the man restauraing but we were put off by the set menu, we would have eaten there if à la carte menu was available. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, beautiful setting and would like to visit in different seasons when more activities are available,

Nous avions un condo-terrasse. Nous l’vions choisi parce que la chambre allait être connectée au batiment principal… ce n’est pas le cas. 10 chambres ont des acces exterieurs, comme un motel. La structure est en continue mais pas l’acces… en hiver nous devions mettre nos bottes et manteau pour aller au bar et au restaurant. Avoir su je n’aurais tout simplement pas réservé a cet en droit. De plus le bar ferme tellement tot!!! Je suis tres déçue… j’ai passé mes commentaires, je ne les mentionnai pas tous ici, lors du checkout mais j’avais l’impression d’être traitée avec dédain… J’avais hatr d’y aller mais ce sera ma dernière visite.
