Habitaciones limpias, personal atento, el desayuno debe ser más variado

Great stay! The breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. My only suggestion is to add mini fridges in the rooms and an ice machine for guests. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

El desayuno aceptable, de lo que podría quejarme es que el a/c el cuarto no enfrío lo suficiente y la falta de personal que lleve tus maletas, nos facilitaron el carrito pero pareciera que ese servicio ya se perdió. Es una cadena que conozco e inclusive las habitaciones y la calidad de los colchones y almohadas dejaron mucho que desear.

En general es una buena opción, pero si tuve algunos inconvenientes, por mencionar algunos, toallas percudidas, no me rellenaron el acondicionador hasta el último día, una lámpara del baño estaba fundida, el lavabo tapado. Lo bueno, el desayuno práctico y en horarios adecuados, el lugar es muy céntrico para llegar y moverte por la zona, incluyendo llegar a playa Medano.

Buena ubicacion pero mucho ruido del exterior

The staff here is very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The location is convenient but our room faced the main road and it was very loud, there’s a karaoke bar across the street that goes till 2 am. The room was nothing special, we were only here for two nights, I would not stay for longer than that.

Hotel is well located not far from the marina which was perfect for us . The room was pretty good except the first few nights our room was facing right across a nightclub and they had music blasting til 2,3 am . We asked to be moved and the staff gave us another room . Fortunately they had one probably being low season . The breakfast was ok , but same thing everyday for a week. Only one day had small breakfast sausages as a variety . The pool is a bit run down and could use some work . The pool area has a nice outdoor seating area and we liked sitting out in the evening to have some wine and snacks . Only thing is they close off that entire area at 9pm which I didn’t really like . Would be nice to have it open a little longer so guests can enjoy themselves. Someone comes around right at 9 pm telling you you have to leave . Not the greatest while you’re trying to enjoy your evening . All in all it’s a decent place if you will be out exploring most the day and looking for a nice cleaning and well located area to sleep.

Buena ubicación, con respecto a la playa El medano, lo malo es que nos toco habitación que da hacia la calle y en frente hay unos locales donde ponen musica muy alta hasta muy entrada la noche. Por lo demás el hotel esta muy bien.

The staff service was wonderful; they were always willing to help and provided great advice. However, the rooms could use some updates. The floor tiles have some issues, and the bathroom shower needs new caulking. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic. On some days, key ingredients from the menu were missing—for example, pancakes were served without syrup, only white bread was available without jam, and there was no regular juice offered, just water or hibiscus water (agua de Jamaica).

El hotel se encuentra frente a establecimientos de bar, por lo que se escucha la música muy fuerte toda la noche. La habitación no cuenta con frigobar.

Great location, close to every thing, hotel beds are very comfortable.

Todo está perfecto, salvo por el estacionamiento, es pequeño y los cajones también están pequeños.
