Habitación limpia, pero aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y sin poder realmente controlar la temperatura con el control remoto, cortinas muy viejas y faltas de mantenimiento. Ventajas: habitación amplia, con cocineta para los que se hospeden por varios días es excelente, amplio estacionamiento soterrado, a unos pasos del centro comercial El Dorado y muchas otras tiendas y restaurantes. Noté que ha habido cambio de administración porque el personal al menos para mi, es nuevo. Suelo ir a la ciudad de Panamá con frecuencia y me he hospedado por varios años allí.

Nice clean room and friendly working there and help fully

I did not go to the casino it was just the last minute booking, the lobby was really nice to staff was great unfortunately the room was not very good. It was clean but very outdated, average at best.

Por precio y ubicación es bueno deben procurar mantenimiento de los elevadores y eliminar al 100%rastro de olor de humo de cigarrillos en algunas habitaciones.Panama tiene la ley de prohibido fumar.

Clean room, super friendly staff

Great location, clean facility, large room with a nice view. For the pool you need to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming but it might be a cultural thing. Breakfast is optional and can be added to your room tab if you decide to eat at hotel It's about $11/per person. It's decent nothing great but a good option to have. We enjoyed our stay.

I would highly suggest that the hotel hire bilinguals for the guest who stay there. The staff seem to get frustrated because they could not under when you wanted something. The front desk especially. They just shutdown...I would not recommend this hotel if you don't have the basic Spanish speaking skills until the hotel adapts to hiring staff for it's guest.
