Nice hotel…..but not really 5 star Very expensive however the food at the restaurants was v good Customer service average some staff quite arrogant Glasses of wine are poured directly from the bottle every member of waiting on staff pour a slightly different amount why not use a measure? Bail and Thailand better value and friendlier for me

Lovely property but the food & drink is very overpriced and it needs an adults only pool, we couldnt use the pool as there were always 20 children in it shouting all day. As you can only swim in the sea at high tide this was a problem for us.

The resort is beautiful and there was really noting major that I could complain about. My timing for breakfast on the first day was way off, I went shortly after 10am due to jet lag and it felt like a zoo, people everywhere and no available tables, the staff seemed overwhelmed too. This was the only time my experience was affected, it put me off going for breakfast the next day, but then I was awake early on my last morning so gave it another go. I was there shortly after 8am and it was an entirely different experience. Many tables available and much easier to navigate the buffet. That being said, it would be nice to have a quieter, a la carte venue to have a quieter breakfast. Lesson learned, do go for breakfast at 10 in the morning !!

The resort is beautifully placed within the nature and has a gorgeous beach. It’s feels very private a quiet. The rooms have a wonderful ocean view and there are some nearby activities to see tourtoise or hike the mountain

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit "Meerblick" gebucht, leider war das Meer nur teilweise zu sehen, da Bäume die Sicht versperrten. De facto handelte es sich eher um einen "Gartenblick".

Traumstrand? ☹️Leider nicht. Wasser und Strand komplett mit Seegras zugewachsen. Das Vier Jahreszeiten Hotel neben an hat einen perfekten Traumstrand.

Perfect

Der Abzug von 2 Sternen bezieht sich auf den total verkrauteten Strand. Das Baden im Meer wird zum Risiko, weil man die Seeigel einfach nicht sieht. Bei Niedrigwasser schaut das Kraut aus der Wasseroberfläche hervor, bei Hochwasser kratzt es immer noch auf der Haut. Eine erhebliche Einschränkung!!

Schönes Hotel, aber kein 5-Sterne-Hotel, die Sauberkeit lässt in den Zimmern, im Fitnessraum und am Strand zu wünschen übrig. In den Restaurants ist das Essen hochwertig, aber es gibt keine große Auswahl Abends um 22.30 Uhr gibt es keine Unterhaltung mehr und das Personal beginnt um 22.20 Uhr mit dem Ausschalten der Lampen und dem Putzen

A very nice higher-end resort. We had a great time. Particularly liked the beach, pool, tennis courts. We also had some of the best massages ever at the spa. Only thing to be aware of is how quickly costs add-up when on site, and the location is not well located to do much off-site

My fiancé and I had the most incredible stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Baie Lazare, Mahe, Seychelles. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all our expectations. The food was consistently delicious, offering a wide range of flavors and high-quality dishes that made every meal memorable. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond. A special shoutout goes to Lea, the Lady in Red. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly special and cared for. Her warmth and expertise added an extra layer of magic to our stay. We also had an amazing time exploring the hotel’s marine activities. Boating along the stunning turquoise waters was a highlight of our trip, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences. The hotel’s range of marine adventures—from snorkeling to other water sports—provided endless excitement and beautiful memories. Also we wont forget, Ricky and Jean Paul are amazing service was incredible!! Between the delicious food, top-notch service, and exhilarating marine activities, this trip was pure perfection. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back!
