Muito bom o hotel, atendimento

Hotel muito bem localizado. O pessoal da recepção é incrivelmente simpático e isso faz muita diferença. Outro ponto que acho muito bom é que a recepção é 24h. No hotel há um bar e na minha reserva tinha café da manhã incluso. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem variado. Quarto bem limpo, assim como o banheiro. O tamanho do quarto é bom e do banheiro também. A única coisa que achei ruim foi a iluminação do quarto, que é muito fraca e tem poucos pontos de luz espalhados, o que deixa o quarto muito escuro. No quarto tem um frigobar, chaleira elétrica e alguns sachês de café. Há também uma garrafa de água de vidro que você pode encher sempre que quiser, basta pedir na recepção. Tivemos algumas intercorrências no quarto, mas o pessoal da recepção, sempre muito proativos, nos ajudaram em todas elas. Só tenho a agradecer pela estadia e espero voltar um dia.

Lovely hotel and staff only criticism is that breakfast could have been better, not a wide selection and queueing for the toaster that took ages to barely toast bread.

Majoituimme ylimmässä ekrroksessa, jossa oli kattoikkunat, ne olivat kuitenkin niin likaiset ettei niistä näkynyt läpi vaikka olisi kiva nähdä ulos. Etenkin siivouksen yhteydessä huoneessa oli todella voimakas hajusteen haju. Kokolattiamatto tuntui tunkkaiselta. Aamiainen ok.

The Neya Lisboa hotel was great! We were allowed to check in early, which was super helpful after a long night of air travel. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The restaurant was open in the evening for light meals, which was very convenient. Overall, a good choice!

I recently spent a few days at the Neya Hotel, and it was an enjoyable experience overall. The breakfast was perfect and the room and bathroom were clean and adequate. Throughout my stay, Alexander and Sheila at the front desk went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Établissement situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité des transports en commun. Personnel agréable et toujours aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Literie de qualité, très confortable. Petit déjeuner très complet Une mention particulière pour la bouteille ainsi que le gâteau déposés dans notre chambre à l'occasion d'un anniversaire.. une très belle attention de la part de l'établissement !

​I stayed at the NEYA Lisboa Hotel as a personal celebration for beating cancer, and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and deeply restorative. I arrived early in the morning, completely exhausted from my flight over the pond. I was so grateful when the staff managed to check me in early. Being able to get some much-needed rest before heading out to explore Lisbon made a world of difference for my energy levels. I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa! I booked the Brunch & Spa package, and it was the highlight of my stay. The massage was truly amazing—the masseuse was so skilled and intuitive that I honestly wanted to bring him back home with me! As I am still recovering my strength, that massage was exactly what my body needed. The brunch included in the package was fantastic. While my appetite hasn’t fully returned yet, the food was absolutely delicious and the portions were more than enough. You can tell the kitchen puts a lot of care into the quality and presentation of their ingredients. The NEYA team made me feel cared for during a very special time in my life. If you are looking for a hotel that combines true hospitality with a relaxing, wellness-focused atmosphere, this is it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned well throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served till 10.30 so plenty of time, also good selection of food. Plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants nearby or another option is metro (8-10 min walk) and go into the centre.
