Clean small room but overlooking a large building site so had to upgrade at a cost to us to prestige room on other side of hotel, the beach was also a mess it looked tatty and neglected, hotel itself is nice but very much let down by this building work

J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel, je dirais que pour être parfait, il manque un terrain multisport cours de tennis. Tout le personnel était adorable. À part le monsieur des serviettes de plage. Je voyage au moins une fois par an à Ibiza, et vous êtes mon deuxième hôtel préféré derrière TRS Ibiza. Dans ce dernier, même si nous sommes pas la catégorie du cinquième étage, nous avons accès à la piscine sur le toit ainsi qu’au bar et je trouve ça assez. Juste. C’est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès ne serait-ce qu’à certaines heures, même si c’est limité, je trouve que ce serait bien et la dernière petite remarque pour vraiment améliorer votre perfection c’est d’avoir une vraie pâte à crêpes pour le petit déjeuner. Very nice hotel with a nice pool area and beach access. Be aware that there are major building works going on next door so noise is apparent from early morning and if you have a side facing sea view your main view will be a building site.

My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals would also be a great addition. Overall, an okay stay with great service just a few things that could be improved.

Les chambres sont petites, si vous prenez pas les chambre « de luxe » vous avez une vue (parfois) assez passable (ce n’est pas horrible mais disons qu’il y a bien mieux) il est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du dernier étage même pour quelques heures pour faire quelques photos de la vue et éventuellement profiter de la piscine, si vous prenez une chambre « standard » c’est donc une petite désillusion. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel tout autant que la nourriture vraiment incroyable. Ça manque cependant d’animation, c’est un point à corriger car il y a des journée entière où il n’y a rien de prévu (pas de yoga ou autre)

I’ve been to the iberostar in Cancun and would say this does not live up to the same expectations. Food were similar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and no matter the day. Very selective on what you can have for drinks in you all inclusive package. Like no corona. Staff was okay but some of them seem to not want to be bother. I would recommend this place for people 60+ not a place for young adults and too far from the city. Also lot of construction. Wish i had a better experience.

The description said it was a beach property but there isn't much of a beach. Nothing close by if you have no car. Bus stop very far. Taxis are the only way and expensive. Buffet breakfast was boring and now thing special . Nothing to do in the hotel full of very old people and far from civilization.they never changed our sheets in 6 days

Recently remodeled hotel, older building but fresh and very clean, rooms were on the small side but service by all employees was excellent. Not worth 400 Euros a night however (mid september), bedding is very deficient such as found in very cheap hotels, pillows and mattresses are not comfortable. We upgraded our stay with breakfast and dinner for a very small fee but as always you get what you pay for, food is average, not bad but not really enjoyable. While the location was pleasant I would not return not recommend this hotel at current

The staff and facilities are very good. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast caters for a wide range of tastes. The location is ideal being short walk to the ferry linking you to local towns and also Formentara. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel with amazing food and staff. Downside - property has only around 10 parking spaces which were always full. We had to park in a ‘caravan’ carpark down the road which didn’t instil too much confidence…
