El mejor con acceso directo al parque

Wir waren zu zweit von Samstag auf Montag dort. Jedes Zimmer besitzt wohl eine Zwischentür, die man normalerweise öffnen kann, wenn man als Familie dorthin reist. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und durch die Verbindungstür, die für uns und die Nachbarn natürlich verschlossen war, hat man jedes noch so kleine Geräusch gehört. Unsere Nachbarn hatten zwei Kinder, die sehr laut waren (Lautes Spielzeug, geschrei) In einem normalem Zimmer mit dickeren Wänden und ohne Tür, hätten wir sie wahrscheinlich garnicht gehört oder eben nicht so laut. Die Türen der Nachbarn haben gequietscht ohne Ende, sodass wir am morgen und am frühen Abend eigentlich garkeine Ruhe hatten. Daraufhin haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert und gefragt, ob noch ein anderes Zimmer verfügbar wäre. Laut der Mitarbeiterin wären sie voll ausgebucht. Komischerweise konnte ich noch Zimmer über die Website buchen. Wir wurden also in diesem Punkt noch belogen. Desweiteren sollten wir bei Störungen eine Nummer über das Telefon anrufen, dann hätten sie Security vorbei geschickt. Was in meinen Augen allerdings nicht wirklich Sinn gemacht hätte, da das ruhig sein mit Kindern manchmal einfach nicht möglich ist. Beim Frühstück mussten wir um 09:30 Uhr für 15 Minuten anstehen. Das Frühstück war aber sehr lecker. Alles in allem für uns das schlechteste Hotel, welches zu einem Freizeitpark gehört, das wir je besucht haben.

El complejo de Port Aventura con los parques y sus hoteles es espectacular, aunque algunas zonas se están quedando un poco viejas y habría que ir renovándolas. Las atracciones son espectaculares y el personal de los hoteles muy amables y serviciales

Dommage pour ce grand week-end avec une grève, certes annoncée, mais un lit pas fait et des couverts en carton, des délais d’attente très longs aux manèges. Pas possible de décaler le we aux derniers moments…une remise sur la journée du 19/10 serait la bienvenue.

Accommodation is ok and delivers to promise with kind employees, but service is always a bit too slow to what one would expect with long queues for breakfast and dinner. In general, a good value for money, but don’t expect any luxury.

Room was nice, the hotel itself is themed amazingly. The main buffet was a bit of a scrum with huge lines but ultimately staff worked with urgency and got people through. Very much organised chaos. Reception were excellent, they had our room ready when we arrived at 9am and offered us a late checkout too. Proximity to the park is also a huge plus. For a four star hotel I would have expected more in room amenities, like a working extractor fan, amenity kits in the bathroom, a second pillow, but overall as a place to crash after a long day in the park it worked quite well.

Perfect for our stay!

I booked this hotel mainly because park entrances were included, but to my surprise, only one of the two parks advertised (Ferrari Land) was open. Even the open park had maybe 15% of the attractions running. I understand it might be seasonal, but this should have been clearly disclosed at the time of booking, not something to find out after arriving.

We had a fantastic time at the PortAventura Gold River Hotel. We stayed in the Wild West area—it was incredible! The setting was so immersive, the kids were thrilled, and everyone we met was super friendly. I highly recommend it for a fun family getaway!

Check in was slow as room wasn't ready even until about 4pm so we had to wait at the lobby for about an hour which was a bummer as we had rushed to end our half day tour by 3pm. Hard to figure out where our room was from the map as we had to head outdoors and identify the right building. Dinner timing is a little restrictive as need to prebook a timeot and it's difficult to get the time slot you want on the first day since those who stayed the night before would have done it way earlier. Direct park access was great though, so I would recommend still because of that.

Équipements un peu vieillissants... Rideaux déchirés, couverture de lit aussi... Lampes un peu cassées... Tout cela par la faute des voyageurs peu respectueux des lieux... Mais depuis quelques années, les services se dégradent dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est bien moins agréable qu'avant et les services deviennent de plus en plus difficiles... C'est vraiment dommage.

La estancia genial, la atención del personal, las instalaciones, el restaurante, etc. Lo único que no me gustó es que hay que pagar taquilla por dejar el equipaje hasta que te dan la habitación, creo que este servicio debería ser gratuito

En la compra de la estancia constaba una entrada al ferrariland, pero estaba cerrado, hay que informar a los clientes y no ofrecer el servicio.

El hotel Gold River está muy bien ubicado respecto al acceso al parque, nada que ver con el hotel Caribe o El Paso que tienes una buena caminata. No tienes que pasar por control de seguridad, sino por unas maquinas donde pasas la banda de la tarjeta del hotel (que es la entrada de Portaventura y FerrariLand) y te deja acceder dentro del parque, lo mismo a la salida, así controlan quien entra y sale. Sales justo al lado de la nueva montaña rusa Uncharted. El hotel es 4 estrellas, el hall y exteriores está muy bien cuidado y es bonito. Tiene una tienda de recuerdos del parque y algo de ropa de Superdry. También dispone de maquinas de bebidas. Nuestra habitación estaba en el mismo edificio grande donde haces el check in pero los edificios de madera que hay alrededor también tienen habitaciones y apartamentos para hospedarse. La habitación está muy bien, es amplia y estaba todo limpio. En nuestro caso que viajamos con 2 niños tuvimos 2 camas de 150 cm. El colchón un poco duro para mi gusto. Las almohadas bien, tirando a blandas. No se escuchaban ruidos y descansamos bien. Hay televisor y una mini nevera (minibar vacío) bajo el escritorio. Puedes regular la temperatura de la habitación. En el baño hay secador y bañera. También gel y champú ecológico que rellenan. ¡Volveremos a este hotel las próximas veces que vayamos a Portaventura!
