Nice, quiet hotel close to the center of Antigua with very friendly staff. Perfect if you’re looking for a calm and comfortable stay.

The property is located very close to everything, 7 minutes from Central Park. Small hotel, more personalized, very traditional hotel with beautiful gardens and nice rooms. We got our VIP discounts which was great. Walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is great, they go above and beyond to help you. Shout out to Kathy, she was amazing. The bathroom is huge has jetted tub and shower. Some cons are that since it is a small hotel there are no restaurants or parking on site, no AC only a small fan, you have to keep windows open to let the air in. There is hot water but because of the pressure you have to let it run for 10 minutes at least, not a lot of connections for your electronics. Overall it was a great hotel, very close to the action, we would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay! Kathy at the front desk was the best! She was delightful,fun, very informative,helpful and a very nice person!

As good as expected

There was no breakfast, just tea and coffee. The staff was friendly, but having the front gate always locked was annoying. Someone had to buzz you in no matter if it was middle of the day or the evening.

Everyone was nice, the place was clean and beautiful on the inside. There were quiet times in the hotel for better relaxation. Everything was great and i wouldve put 5 stars but the room had a musty smell that i needed to leave the windows open overnight to help but it didnt

Beautiful hotel, small room but very safe, secure, and in the downtown area without noise! Highly recommend. Very safe for solo female travelers as well.

Buen servicio

Claudia was always respectful of my needs. If I asked her not to clean the room (because I had everything I needed) she agreed. When I asked her to clean the room, she was right there. Her work is exceptional. Kathy and Alex at the desk were top-notch. I needed to adjust the dates of my stay. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, directions, hiring a taxi, anything I needed they were helpful. Kathy even helped me with my Spanish. The hotel is beautiful. My room was right in front of the fountain so I had a gorgeous view. Everything was perfect and I will recommend Meson del Valle to anyone who will listen.
