The staff were great. However, the room was below average. The window was fogged glass. No natural light on first floor.

Lovely big family room, excellent breakfast. Only con was the lack of parking on site, we had to park around a 5-10 min walk away, which is not ideal when you have lots of luggage and it's very hot.

O hotel é razoavel, localizaçao não gostei, fica um pouco mais longe do centro do que outros hoteis, café da manha bem basico, deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes. No quarto nao tinha frigobar, nem uma mesa grande apoio, somente um travesseiro na cama e tive que pedir as cobertas que nao tinha. Mal iluminado, era bem escuro, quase nao se enxergava as coisas na mala. Nao voltaria, nao vale o preço.

Hotel a uns 15min a pé dos pontos turísticos, disponibiliza garagem a 20 euros por noite, quarto ok para poucos dias. Hotel prático para quem quer um preço justo!

Our window was frosted, I'm assuming because it probably looked out onto a brick wall. But it's a little depressing when you can't even look out the window of your hotel room. The bathroom was OK. Overall, what I expected for the price.

Muito boa.

Een achterkamertje omgebouwd tot slaapkamer. Het raam gaf uit op binnenkoer waardoor we het niet dierven open laten 's nachts. Wanneer dit soort kamers wordt voorbehouden aan de klanten van hotels.com, dan moeten we er afscheid nemen. We hebben nochtans in het verleden meerdere keren in dit hotel verbleven in een mooie kamer.

Very bad experience, not sure why it’s on your list, no fridge, no iron, no locker in the room. They don’t open the air conditioner system until June although the temperature was 24 degrees in May.They told us to open the windows for air. There was so much noise that you cannot sleep. I need my my money back from Hotel.com

Hotel muy cómodo, fácil de encontrar y cercano al centro histórico. La atención muy buena. Sería bueno que tengan estacionamiento gratuito o con facilidad.
