The hotel is located in central Amsterdam along a canal. The views were spectacular from our room. There is an amazing courtyard to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in. The breakfasts were very good. The staff were very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in central Amsterdam.

NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE. THE ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL. I WOULN'T RECOMEND IT

Great location and very friendly staff.

Hotel charmoso, em um dos locais/canais mais charmosos e bem localizado da cidade. Se vc busca um local mais pitoresco, com mais vibe “local” e menos fervo turístico, com vista para o canal, não há região melhor. Fora que a sacada do quarto foi um camarote vip para o King’s Day, lugar previlegiado e estrategicamente perto de todos os pontos da cidade, localização é o ponto auge. O hotel em si é o que promete entregar, 3 estrelas, bom café da manhã, aconchegante, jardim externo bem gostoso, mas nada de luxo. Experiencia foi positiva. A recepção diurna todos muito bem atenciosos. A noturna nem tanto. No geral a experiência foi bem positiva e gostei muito dos dias de estadia, e curtimos demais a cidade

Amazing stay!

El hotel ha cumplido lo que he requerido; ya es mi segunda ocasión en este hotel y tener vista al canal y a la calle para mí es mucho mejor. Las camas son suaves, la regadera algo chica, las habitaciones son cálidas para la época a la que suelo ir y eso me gusta. No hay tantos disturbios, solo los ruidos normales del piso de arriba. En el desayuno destaco el tocino, me gustó mucho. Tienen unos gatos en el patio que a mi novia le encantaron.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and everything worked. The breakfast was basic but quite delicious. The location can’t be beat. We would like to return! Thank you!

Det var kaldt første natten, men resepsjonen ordnet opp og natt to var det behagelig temperatur. Greit hotel - fin beliggenhet.

Hotellet hade ett väldigt bra läge, nära till trevliga restauranggator, museum och marknader. Hotellet i sig var trevligt, bra personal och helt okej frukost, inte jättestor men tillräcklig. Rummet var lite trångt, men fungerade för oss som stannade 2 nätter. Lite smutsigt runt fönster och gardiner - rummet saknade ac, så fönstret behövde var öppet emellanåt för att vädra.

Loved our canal view and the location was great for visiting all the sites! Staff were friendly and room was clean. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great spot

We stayed 2 night, there was no housekeeping done; bed was not made , towels weren’t change , no Kleenex in the room. Hard to lock the bedroom door , door knob wasn’t working had to turn many times to have the door locked

Wonderful for solo person. The room is not small. Very well organized space. The room facing back yard, very quiet. The hotel location is pretty convenient, walk around 15-30 mins to almost everything. Staff are friendly as well.

Excellent location. Hotel is no frills but spotlessly clean. Restaurants, shopping and major museums within 15 minutesr or less walking.

everything was Ok until the last day morning there was a huge spider on my bed. I was so scared, likely we checked out right after.

The property is clean and very accommodating staff! The service is 10/10. I would definitely come and book with Prinsengracht Hotel! The cats are so cute too’ lol

This Hotel is walking distance from the Train station. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The location is convenient and walkable to endless dining, shopping and historic buildings
