A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Wurde täglich aufgeräumt, das Bad gemütlich und ausreichend für zwei Personen. Viel Auswahl beim Essen, aber die Lage des Zimmers an der Seitenstraße nicht so gut. Laut, viele Fahrzeuge unterwegs.

This hotel is amazing! Not only price-quality score is great, the rooms and services are as well! I'd like to note Monika (reception) who was the most attentive front office employee I ever met in my life. She helped me from the very booking and was always there to advise and help. By the way, she was responding to my messages for the whole month prior the arrival! Also, I'd like to mention breakfast. The restaurant is spacious and very nice. Food choice is amazing - my fiance, who never has enough left the table so full he could barely move :) Food choice is great and they try to change hot items daily (at least two of them). Location is amazing - not too far from the city center (just 10-15 mins walk), you have a track just next to the hotel. A bit far from Wang, however the distance is walk-able. Sauna is a bit small, only for 4 people at a time, but we did not face any trouble. We were there with another couple and all was fine - nice place to relax. Next to the hotel is a good restaurant where we had 20% discount from the hotel - the bill to be paid at the reception of the hotel - very convenient. Food is good, service is a bit slow, but polite. Overall the stay was truly enjoyable! Thank you so much for the stay!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We slept 2 nights at this hotel and we travel by car and had our dog with us. The room and hotel overall were clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was tasty with many options. The hotel has an outdoor parking (free of charge) available for the hotel guests. The hotel is dog-friendly but there was an extra charge of 49PLN/day. The hotel has spa facilities but we didn't try it.

Zaliczyliśmy już kilka świetnych hoteli w Europie i Hotel Relaks jak najbardziej zaliczamy do grona tych najlepszych. Pokój, śniadania, SPA i inne - wszystko na wysokim poziomie, może łóżka zbyt twarde, ale to kwestia upodobań. W szczególności pozdrawiamy przemiłego Pana z recepcji.

Wir sind jeden Tag gewandert in den Bergen um Karpacz oder haben uns Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt und der Umgebung angeschaut. Das war immer anstrengend deshalb, waren wir immer am frühen Abend im Wirhpool und in der Sauna. Was uns allem sehr gut tat. Frisch erholt ging es Abends zum Essen mit großen Appetit ins Hotel was alles sehr gut schmeckte und anschließend noch in die Hoteleigene Bar mit dem sehr guten service.sei

Tuz po przyjezdzie dowiedzialam sie, ze z racji tego iz rezerwacji dokonywalam przez portal a nie bezposrednio przez strone hotelu - nie mialam opcji z obiadokolacjami a tylko ze sniadaniami. Nie stanowilo to jednak wiekszego problemu, jednak milo byloby miec mozliwosc wyboru. Obsluga na miejscu jest bardzo mila i zyczliwa, pokoje sprzatane sa codziennie, rowniez kazdego dnia jest uzupelniana woda butelkowa w pokojach. Jedzenie (tylko sniadanie) smaczne, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Piekna okolica, tuz obok stok a za kolejnych kilkanascie metrow - gorka gdzie mozna zjezdzac na sankach. Karpacz unterhalb der Schneekoppe, sind zu Fuss auf die Schneekoppe und haben die Kirche Wang besucht. Das Wetter hatte den Namen Goldener Oktober verdient.

Świetna relacja ceny do jakości. Chętnie jeszcze tu przyjadę.
