I was here working and didn't eat. I got a downstairs room near the bar area and it's horrible. Loud music, shouting etc. There is a door to the hallway but it's always open so I would say unless your with the party crew avoid. Hotel and staff were fine

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff! The food was okay - about what you’d expect from a hotel of this size. The room design was impractical. Frosted glass between the bathroom and bedroom, combined with automatic lighting, meant using the bathroom at night woke everyone up. You could turn off the lights by removing the key card, but then you couldn’t charge devices. Putting it back turned the lights on again. Nice idea visually, but very inconvenient, especially with a small child. Pool towels required a €10 deposit per towel, cash only. We didn’t use any cash during the trip, so this was inconvenient.

No air conditioning as it was "off season" but still temperature was at 25'C at room, not most comfortable as we thought we paid for air conditioned room.

Waardeloos hotel slechte service, eten was niet goed, personeel erg onvriendelijk.

You say it’s all inclusive online .We didn’t realise tht didn’t include alcohol drinks as it’s not very clear .All inclusive usually means alcohol as well you might want to state tht your not actually all inclusive

Lovely clean room, not much variety of food in the buffets, drinks not the best, wouldn't let us eat outside on terrace when the weather was sunny. But let other guests the day before when it was colder, found that a bit odd, they kept sending everyone back inside

Excellent stay – truly exceptional service! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay – they truly did everything and more! We will definitely come back. The all-inclusive experience was absolutely lovely, and relaxing by the pool was just perfect. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to get some work done as well. Our room was spacious, the beds were extra wide and super comfortable, and even the extra bed was large and cozy. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the rooms were very quiet. All in all, everything was just perfect – beautiful surroundings and the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday!
