wifi หลุดบ่อยมาก แต่ก็พอใช้ได้ ระบบจัดการเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักไม่ค่อยดี วันที่ check in ครั้งที่ 2 หลังจากไปนอนเมืองอื่นมา มีปัญหา และตอน check out ก็จะขอใบจองโรงแรมอีก ซึงก็ให้ไปแล้ว แต่เจ้าหน้าที่คนแรกไม่รู้ไปเก็บที่ไหน แต่ก็ไม่เข้าใจว่าจะขอไปทำไม อาหารเช้า ธรรมดา พอกินได้ เหมือนกันทุกวัน เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ friendly

Room was clean and was located in a great area close to multiple metro stations. Room was really small which was fine because O was travelling alone but I can’t imagine two people trying to move around that small of a space. Appreciated that it had AC. Had a mini fridge which was a plus but I feel like it could have been way colder.

Great location & hotel EXCEPT poor guest support. Unfortunately I became quite ill the day I arrived. I am an older woman traveling alone. I knew I needed some food by late afternoon. However, the desk receptionist refused to help me. She said I needed to walk nearby myself for food. They did not have any delivery services to offer. I will say the morning reception guy was super. He gave me my room early when I arrived the day before. He also was not happy with the afternoon receptionist. He said they know many restaurant owners nearby that would have gladly made me what I could food I wanted. She should have ordered for me whatever I wanted and delivered my food to me, paying them back for what it cost. Instead, she said because it was after 3pm, she could not leave the office. So I recommend this hotel but I hope if you ever need assistance, you get the morning guy!

変則的な泊り方をしたのですが、こちらからリクエストを言う前にホテル側から最適な対応をしてくださって、とてもありがたかったです。 とても便利な場所にある割には外音も気にならず、部屋はあまり広くはありませんが日中観光で外出していたので全く問題ありませんでした。 スタッフさんも皆感じが良く、こぢんまりとした便利で素敵なホテルでした。

This is a great location for a great little hotel. We were gone sightseeing, naturally, so can't comment on the breakfast or how quiet it is during the day. But it is nicely decorated and maintained. The rooms are small, of course, but more than adequate for two people. We looked out to the small courtyard below (behind the building) but never spoked any people. The night clerk doesn't speak much English, but since we don't speak much French -- anyway, it was fine.

What a wonderful little hotel! It was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating when it came to our needs with arrival and luggage storage.

What an excellent hotel! Absolutely perfect for a couple to explore the city for a few days. So comfortable and a very friendly staff. Do not hesitate to stay here!!

Très bon séjour. Réception ouverte à 23h. Accueil chaleureux. Juste un petit soucis avec la douche (problème de fermeture avec la cabine de douche). Sinon, c'etait parfait !

Overall this was a great place to stay. Room was clean and it was average size. I was happy there was a fridge and A/C. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is a bar right next to the hotel and there would be smokers outside which caused the main floor of the hotel to smell of cigarettes.

카운터에 할머니 엄청 불친절함. 물 모두 사마셔야함. 4일 머물르는 동안 하루는 커피를 채워주지 않음. 깨끗하고 뜨거운 물,에어컨, 히터 다 잘 나옴. 위치가 시내 중심가로 좋음

We stayed 1 night only but the staff up front was nice enough to upgraded us. Room was clean and had a nice little balcony. We found it easy to get around from this spot.

Excellent location and value. Very friendly reception staff. I didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, was just there for a quick one night stay for a business trip.
