We were given a room that was dirty, toilet leaked and the sink didn't work properly. Was moved to a newer room on the 5th floor.

This hotel is conveniently located to a walking tour of town, with many interesting medieval sights. There were unavoidable stairs: partially due to crowding of permanent sidewalk storefronts, and a seeming inability to keep the outside door closed on the elevator. This made a 4th stage room a hike. Minimalist breakfast is adequate.

The staff was very good. The area was perfect. The room was fine. They only had liquid soap and no face clothes. Toilet papier was small and there was no Kleenex. The bathroom began to smell our last day like sewage but there was nothing wrong with the shower or toilet. It just needs a little more attention

Great hotel in centre of Reims. Ideal for overnight stay and plenty of choice for dining and shopping near by. Dog friendly as well. Great breakfast.

The hotel is just in a walking distance from Reims train station. The room is small but has all the needed amenities.

Broken shower door, broken and taped together AC unit, shower was either hot water, or water pressure - not both. Cramped elevator for 2. 3 star rating is pushing it about 2 above what it should be.

Simple but tasty breakfast, staff friendly, parking in underground nearby was straightforward.

The rooms are small; shower is very small and has fluctuating water temperature. The towels are hard.

The room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean. The room was VERY small and inconvenient. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom.

Chambre petite et les lit grincent au niveaux des pieds. De plus pour un trois étoiles il manque un plateau de bienvenus, bouilloire thé café sucré et bouteille d'eau. Sinon tres bien placé proche du marché de Noël et centre ville restaurants

Il y avait de la moisissure dans toute la salle de bain. Sur le site c’est indiqué des chambres insonorisée, or on entend tout.

Protection du matelas du lit trop petite et s’enlève toute la nuit, douchette de la douche défectueuse et support non stable qui ne la maintien pas. Très déçu.
