The room had a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. It was reported to reception, and they only apologized. No action was taken.

En general el hotel es bonito. Creo que con el tiempo ya se nota que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento, pero aún así es una excelente opción en Tumbes. Las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno abundante y de muy buen calidad.

I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room. Although the technicians did their best to fix it, the solution wasn’t completely satisfactory. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate their effort and willingness to help.

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and the main town square. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options for most diets.

EL hotel superó mis expectativas en todo sentido.

Really nice staff. I was there in January 2025 and unfortunately came down with flu. I had to stay an extra 4 days and there was no problem extending. I needed plain food and room service and the staff were lovely. They would even go fill up my water bottle for me. Cristian was particularly nice. Breakfast was delicious and I had a few other good meals too. I liked how the hotel was linked to the shopping mall. Made visiting the farmacia and other necessary shops really easy.

El servicio de checkin fue un desastre, nosotros habiamos pagado con 2 semanas de anticipacion el hospedaje, y recien ese dia que llegamos al hotel nos buscan las habitaciones disponibles. La noche del evento de fin de año, cobraron 40 usd por persona adicional, pero la comida fue preparado en la esquina del hotel, algo desastroso, y no habia nadie encargado para reclamar. Toda la organizacion del hotel es un desastre, debe de tener 1 estrella porque parece que esta recien empezando a funcionar.

Very noisy as next to the plaza. Free drink was water. Breakfast both days left something to be desired. First day we came at 9am. Everything was empty from food to glasses to bowls. Second day we had to leave early so had breakfast at 7am thinking that since we were there early things would be better. Yes everything was filled but everything was stone cold. They just opened so why was everything cold. We hardly ate anything. Who wants cold scrambled eggs and wieners for breakfast. Very disappointing for sure. Will not be back.

Cuando escribo que estuvo sucia no me refiero a que la gente no haya limpiado. Es un tema de que las cosas estaban manchadas como el Basurero de la habitación, las puertas y los bodrios de la piscina
