flott sted som vi har bodd på mange ganger før. Rolig og godt miljø. God bassengbar med hyggelig barkeeper. Bestiller dette stedet neste gang også.

The property itself was in the perfect spot. 3 minute walk to the market and restaurants. The only downside is you don’t get a comforter on the bed, only sheets. There’s a thick wool blanket in the closet but it would have been nice to have a comforter on the bed. The bed itself was large but very hard. Also, maybe this was just because of the location of our room, but we would kill at least 15 mosquitos every time we came back to our room

This beachfront property is the perfect escape for a truly laid-back vacation. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and the friendly staff made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing atmosphere.

The good. The staff are great and the location terrific. Very nice to be on the beach and the pool next to the beach. Food I had was very good. The bad. Best to called the place tired and wore out. The hot water didn’t work in the shower but they did fix it when asked. The furniture and room needs a good makeover and upgrade. There is no phone or TV in the room. There is no where to sit only a little stool next to a very small working area. My biggest concern was the noise from the van/ bar next door. Very loud and never seemed to be quiet until 11:30 or 12. Not a problem if you are up partying. Not a place to sleep. I would have gone to another hotel after the first night but I had paid for 4 nights. I do not think the good outweighs the bad. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely not stay here again

My 3rd time back...just love it!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have an incredible view of the bay behind the hotel and walking distance.

The hotel staff was very nice but for 2 days they did not clean our room. I asked after the forst day but they still did not. Besides this it was very nice stay

Location is really good, not far from the airport, close to markets, restaurants and bars etc. Bed was comfy, pillows were superb. A little run down, but they are in process of updating. Staff were all brilliant.

Great little property at the end of Fisherman’s Village so it’s quiet. Right on the beach. Very nice and personable owners. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was helpful, but the property has not been updated in 50 years. It was relatively clean but the holes in the screen windows were concerning

Quite nice hotel, a bit overpriced compared to their locations on Ko Samui. Decent pool. Good location for fisherman’s village. Noisy bars until late with karaoke across the street

This is an unpretentious, relaxed place to stay. It's not a 5-star establishment, but it isn't pretending to be, and the owners, Chris & Selina, go out of their way to look after their guests. The location is excellent.

The property is in a good area but I got a sea view room and there are no really sea view rooms although it’s in front of the ocean you can barely see it. There was also a construction happening right in front of the property so my view was obstructed by a huge tractor that was quite noisy. The room was somewhat clean but I tried to close the curtains just to realize how moldy it was and I gave up. The staff was excellent tho and they were super friendly and helpful.

The property is not as advertised. Beach is a construction zone, rooms are unpleasant (poor condition, dirty), appears that rooms are being rented to long term locals as well and we didn’t see any other tourists. We weren’t expecting much, but this was way below my lowest expectations. I felt sorry for the staff, who were kind, but that were clearly not trained for this. We couldn’t stay because the conditions were so bad so we walked away from our full payment (non-refundable) and found a beautiful place up the road for not a lot more money. In the end, this is false advertising and there is zero chance this could be a 8.6 out of 10 - not sure how this is possible on Expedia unless something dramatic has changed lately. Major disappointment to say the least. Don’t stay here if you are looking for a waterfront holiday - this is not that place.

Accommodatie slechte oude staat. Personeel doet erg z’n best maar kan niet meer doen dan ze deden. Locatie perfect. Tijdens ons verblijf lekte de airco op ons kussen. Na reparatie weer. Mijn vrouw zakte door de stoel bij zitje voor het huisje. Door achterstallig onderhoud is veel in slechte staat. Zoals gezegd personeel is vriendelijk en doet z’n best. Ik heb geen voorstel ontvangen voor compensatie. Accommodatie voor €100 per dag past niet bij prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. We zijn 3 dagen geweest.

Lovely hotel, staff are so helpful nothing was too much trouble. There is a fridge in the room which it helpful. The rooms and area were kept very clean. There is no food at the moment but great little place called the hut opposite. Which is cheaper than the main strip. There is a great night market Monday Wednesday Friday starts at 5 pm worth a visit

Nice for the price

I booked this hotel as a one night stay as I was heading over to Koh Phanagan for 5 nights. Well after a wonderful day at The Waterfront I took my ferry over to new island only to return a day later and stayed an additional 4 nights at The Waterfront. This is the place for me....a wonderful location, great people, sparkling clean rooms. I loved the beach and the pool.....you are actually in the heart of things but don't feel it. It is obviously a great price but to me priceless!!!! Thanks everyone for making me feel safe, welcome and see you next year!!!!
