The hotel is located in a lovely residential area with bus stops nearby making it easy to travel back and forth to San Sebastián or take the ferry over to Hendaye France.

Jaizkibel hotel is wonderfull , and their staff Lili , Oihana , Borja , Iñigo are the jewel . breakfast and service are fantastic .If someone plans to go Hondarribia , please stay at this amazing hotel . also 40 mins from Biarritz and 30 mins from St Jean de Luz in france . thanks of the wonderful days at jaizkibel .

Modern hotel within 5-10 minutes walk to the old town and to the port area with a few good places for a meal or a drink. The old town is a very special not to be missed place. Hondarribia is just a short drive to both Biarritz and San Sebastián which makes it a convenient place to tour both cities. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.

Un super séjour dans un hotel confortable et calme. Proxhe du centre historique et avec des vues magnifiques. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace.

Atendimento excelente. Quarto muito confortável, bonito e limpo com tv, ar condicionado, cortinas, mesa, poltrona. Localização ok. Decoração do hotel ótima. Há yoga gratuito, infelizmente, não consegui na data. Duas garrafas de água gratuitas quando chegamos. Pontos a melhorar: 1. estacionamento poderia ser cortesia, havia muitas vagas e não há manobrista no local. 2. Poderiam oferecer café da manhã com melhor custo, o valor é excessivo e não há locais próximos para fazer a refeição. 3. Não oferecem amenidades como chaleira elétrica, sachês, chá, etc. 4. A porta do box da banheira é muito pequena e isso acaba deixando muita água cair no piso, o banheiro alaga.

Beautiful day with excellent and dedicated staff

We booked this hotel at the last minute because we couldn’t find a hotel in San Sebastian. The hotel is great and the staff superb. Borja and the other young lady in the reception went above and beyond to help us in every way. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely large and very nice. We couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. I highly recommend this hotel.
