ยินดีต้อนรับเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และเราได้รับการอัพเกรดแล้ว เงียบสงบและผ่อนคลายดี เรามีข้อผิดพลาดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ในห้องโดยสารของเรา เช่น ลูกโลกแตกและเก้าอี้ที่พัง ทั้งคู่ได้รับการแก้ไขโดยไม่มีปัญหา อยากจะแนะนำอย่างแน่นอน .

Customer service was average. Cabin were small for 6 people. Toilet had a continuous smell and spent only sleep time from midnight to 6 am. The BBQ did not work. Called customer service an old man arrived after 30 min who did not know anything and said he need to call an electrician. Electrician arrived and did not know also. Being a trades person I diagnosed the fault and requested that urgent repair was required. An hour later the BBQ area was corned off. This resort is below 1 star and charges 5 star price. Another family who we joined also had issues. They also requested extra night when they arrived, the next thing he got charged. When he went back to say he need to cancel they totally refused to give him a refund. Another family who visited us onsite and my family got very sick on Friday. I believe this accommodation has virus due to hygiene issues. I would never recommend or stay in such bad accommodation without good customer service and cleanliness. The price is not according to their ratings.
