Perfekt für 3 Nächte. Gute Lage Plaza Mayor nahe. Frühstück auch sehr ok.

Everything was great, except for a strong smell coming from the bathroom plumbing.

La posizione della struttura è davvero super! Vicinissima al centro! La nota negativa va al bagno cieco e senza aspiratore… davvero poco “simpatico”. Camera nel complesso pulita. Ho scelto la soluzione con la colazione inclusa: viene servita nel bar accanto ( credo sia un locale riservato all’ hotel) ed è molto ricca, tutto buono. Nel complesso, bagno a parte, direi ottima soluzione!

Melhor localização para ficar em Madrid. Hotel simples, porém com tudo que se precisa. Não tem academia como dito. Tem que pagar 12 euros na academia ao lado. Café da manhã excelente.

Great location! Comfortable rooms. The hotel offers heavily discounted access to the Basic Fit gym next door. One elevator and/ or stairs.

Air conditioning poor, the temp looks at 17 but very hot inside the room the solution suggests for the front desk lady was open the windows, but if I open the windows the noise of the street don’t let me rest property. Solution I bought a fan. Unbelievable.

Una bella sorpresa! La struttura sembra semplice ma la camera era ampia, ben arredata, con un materasso comodissimo (dotato di un soffice topper ... ora molto di moda). La colazione, servita in un locale esterno ma al piano terra del palazzo, davvero sensazionale! Posizione centralissima e che rende facile visitare Madrid e muoversi. Wi-fi buono e personale davvero accogliente

This hotel overall was fairly good. The room was decently clean and the staff were generally nice. The issues that i came across here was the language barrier between me and the staff and the air conditioning not functioning. The maintenance guys were not available either. I asked the man at the front desk for help when we first came, but none of the maintenance guys came. We later asked if there was maintenance guys to help us out, but they were unvailable. We asked switch rooms, and at first, there wasn’t a room. After he checked, there was another room, and we moved to that room for a little bit. The only issue is that he didn’t check to see if the air conditioning worked in that room, and he assumed that the air conditioning worked. I turned it on, and it still wasn’t working. He said to wait, but it should work right away. The staff spoke little to no English which made expressing our concerns with the air conditioning far more difficult even though they were trying their best to help us. In conclusion, this hotel is generally very nice, but in my case, they didn’t fix the issue we had with the air conditioning.

En el que me hospedaron no es el clásico que aparece en la promoción, sino un “complemento” en el piso 5to. de un edificio, la conserjería está en el 2do. No tiene cafetería ni recibidor, es solo la habitación. Eso sí, todo muy limpio y la recepcionista muy amable y atenta. Recomiendo cuando se haga la reserva preguntar el lugar del hospedaje, si es el hotel de la propaganda o un lugar solo con el cuatro y ningun otro servicio.(recepción tradicional, desayuno, cafetería, restaurante, etc. etc.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel offers great value for money. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. I would definitely recommend it.
