객실상태는 보통 이하였습니다. 3박동안 룸청소는 바닥청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 머리카락 먼지등이 그대로였습니다. 예민하신 분들은 추천하지않습니다. 직원분들은 친절했고 불편사항은 빨리 해결 해주었습니다. 호텔 위치는 좋았습니다 1층에 Dia 수퍼가 있는데 돌아올때 선물용 올리브유 와인사기 좋아요~주변 성당이 있어 미사시간에 맞춰가면 Tv에서 성탄절에 볼수있는 미사드리는 모습을 볼수 있는 좋은경험이 되실거예요~ 골목골목이 예쁜 곳에 위치해 있어요

Staffs were helpful when I had to change my room with a balcony from the 3rd floor to a quieter room in the 5th floor without the balcony. The walls were thin and conversation could be heard and carried out in the hallway to my room. You can hear water running through the walls from neighboring rooms, and poor drainage in shower, and water temperature in showers are not consistent; also a challenge to maintain room temperature at times. Honestly, it was a bit pricey for the quality of the room I had. Your request may not be granted and you are assigned the rooms available when you arrive. Expect to not get the room advertised when booking. On a positive note, Prime location and plenty of places to discover plus metro stations are available nearby.

Points positifs : - Emplacement centre ville idéal - Petit déjeuner plutôt bon - Wifi haut débit et télévision connectée - Personnel accueillant Points négatifs : - Taille de la salle du petit déjeuner inadaptée, il faut respecter des horaires pour espérer pouvoir s'assoir car la salle n'est pas prévue pour accueillir autant de clients - Accès à la salle de sport non inclus dans le prix, pas très clair notamment quand on regarde sur la page google de l'hôtel, dommage - Extrêmement mal isolé
