my favorite hotel in the sydney area.

We stayed during March break so I expected it to be busy. The pool was crowded and very loud, they had a hard time keeping up with clear pool towels, small wait for the elevator. They had a hard time keeping up with the hot items for the continental breakfast . The staff did what they could to cater to the large crowds. The only recommendation I have would be an option to rent movies in the room , after a night of swimming I was hoping to settle in and watch a movie but nothing was on tv .

Wonderful stay

March break stay with the kids and got denied. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my check-in experience. Despite having already paid for my stay through Hotels.com, I was denied check-in because I did not have a credit card. I have stayed at this location previously and was able to use a $200 debit cash hold for incidentals. However, the front desk was completely unaccommodating and refused to accept this form of payment today. Furthermore, the Hotels.com booking information does not state that a credit card is a mandatory requirement for check-in. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was no manager on duty to address the situation. As a result, we left the hotel despite having a confirmed and fully paid night stay.

Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was great

Check in was efficient. Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge which was appreciated. Breakfast was good. My grandkids enjoyed the pool but it was very busy.

I was not impressed with the breakfast options nor the fact that everything was paper and plastic cutlery or utensils. We prefer the breakfast set up and options at the Comfort Inn in Sydney. The room was nice and clean but the beds were very jiggly! Also want to say, really liked your coffee, great tasting decaf which is not common.

Loved the breakfast and pool!

While trying to have a nap before the concert had a full team of hockey players playing stick hockey in my hall way, with sticks knocking against my door… then had to walk through that to get to the concert… not sure why that was allowed for over an hour. Also no way what so ever to recite

The beds weren't comfy but the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Every thing perfect!!

Only issue with room was there was blood on the blind. Reported it to the front desk due to its health hazard. No one ever came up to look at it during my stay.

Room was spotless. Staff was wonderful at check in
